The Idea: This RP is about what would happen if all anime existed at one point in time. However it isn't about your normal everyday anime characters.

 

Introduction: A long and terrible war was waged between the forces of good and evil, it brought a huge death toll to many of the nameless characters, and then finally at the end of the war all of the nameless side characters were erased. The five strongest people on both sides decided it was time to reach a conclusion, and after months of delegating they formed a treaty. The world had been pretty much devestated except for the country of Italy, so they divided it into three parts, and built two walls. The wall that divided Central Italy from the south was made by the good guys, the wall to the north was made by the bad guys, and the neutral anime characters took the small center. (The neutral anime consist of all the anime that use cards or monsters to fight for them, and it also consists of Death from Soul Eater seeing as how Death affects everyone.) The good and neutral countries turned to democracy, but the evil country to the north decided to split into five different districts under each of the five heads of power and they all fight for control of the territory. The rules of the treaty are simple, anyone alive at the time of the signing of the treaty isn't allowed to leave their country, and this left the fate of the future on the shoulders of the second generation....

 

Rules: The RP takes place 19 years after the signing of the treaty, if you want your character to be able to move around and have significance they must be 19 or younger, and if they are older than 19 they will be stuck in the country until crap hits the fan near the middle of the RP. No OP'ing your characters, no controlling other people's characters, and keep it PG-13. Also if one (or both) of your parents die in their respective anime, they ARE NOT allowed to be alive anywhere during your character's life. They don't have to die the way they did in the show, but they have to be dead. You don't have to make your parents cannon, they can be from two completly different anime, or from the same anime. If anyone takes a character or two that you want you can simply make yourself an illegitimate child who has nothing to do with the family, or ask the person if they are ok with having a younger sibling. (Have Fun!!)

Bio: After the signing of the treaty Abel Nightroad gave up his need for revenge, and decided to settle down with Astha who had been giving him signs of interest lately. They moved into the center of the Nation, and had a son they named Anthony. He grew into a goofy, flirty, and overall happy child. He is currently 18 years old, is about 5"9 and a half, weighs about 145, and is second in his class. He is excited about his senior year and hopes that it goes by fast so he can pick a career. Being part Vampire he has pretty sensitive skin, but his father's genes keep him from burning up in the day time. He uses a gun fairly well, but his best quality is hand to hand combat. He is currently unable to go into Crusnic form due to never drinking Vampire blood, but he has the abiltiy to.

 

Abilities and draw backs: His healing factor is incredible and he can take on more damage than any human, he is as fast as a vampire, and he has the sharpest eyes. He is level headed and thinks calmly, but when he is enraged he becomes irrational and dangerous.

 

Weapon(s): A six shot pistol and a Colt .45

Bio: A seventeen year old junior girl, she was the product of a happy accident between two rather loose parents. She's really embarrassed of the way her mom acts and she hangs out with her dad a lot. She is embarrassed of the cat ears that show up when she uses magic as well, so she rarely ever does. Her father is very protective of her, and she learned basically everything she knows about fighting from him. She can be very flirtatious, but she never really means to be. When she really likes a guy she tends to act awkwardly around him. A good natured girl with a bit of an adventurous streak and a hatred for demons, she's ready for just about anything this rp can throw at her.

Abilities and drawbacks: She is great with a sword and twin pistols, as she's had a lot of practice learning from her dad. She can use fire magic due to her mother's nature, but doing so makes her grow cat ears and a tail for the time being. Her biggest drawback is her lack of defensive skills. She's mostly used to killing things before they even get the chance to attack.

Bio: After the war Kio was born from Shishio and Yumi who settled quickly in the northern most territory. He has a half-twin brother named Cassius who is the son of Cain Nightroad. Kio is eighteen, about 6 feet tall, weighs 150 lbs, and has a quick temper. Kio is skilled with swords and is accustomed to fighting with his father's sword along with two other swords. Kio only respects one man, and that man is his brother Cassius. He'd give his life for Cassius at a moment's notice, and that is because the two of them have served under Cain directly in the slaughter of many villians in their nation. His goal is to serve his brother and step-father, and eventually make himself the most feared man in the world.

 

Ablilities and draw backs: He can set his three swords on fire, making them too hot to grab, and too hard to dodge without getting burned. His swordsmanship is amazing, and he fights as though he has nothing to lose. His only flaw is his super quick temper.

 

Weapon(s): Three four foot long Katanas.

Bio: Born from Medusa giving herself Stein's cells, Jykell was rescued from a fate similar to Chrona's when Medusa was killed and Jykell was taken to live with his "father" who, although taken aback at first, eventually treated Jykell as his own son. Jykell does suffer from a bi-polar/multiple personality disorder, but Stein doesn't seem to notice or care. Maybe because Stein is crazy himself. He is normally incredibly polite and ocd about everything being clean and orderly.

 

Abilities and drawbacks: He can change his soul wavelength just like his father to either lessen the power of other's attacks on him or increase his damage to them. He can also put soul energy into his attacks. He has his mother's Vector Arrows, Vector Storm, Vector Boost, and Vector Plate abilities, but none of her mental abilities, manipulations, or snake esque things. When fighting he is overly confident and rash.

 

Weapon(s): None. He fights with his abilities alone.

 

Alignment: Good for now, but there's a much darker side just waiting to get out.

Bio: After the war Cain sought to harm a rival warlord (Shishio Makoto) and kidnapped Yumi. She then died in child birth baring Cassius and Kio. Shishio was then killed by Cain as he left with the two babies. Cassius is Cain's favorite (of course he is his own) and he has made Cassius drink the blood of many vampires. Cassius is eighteen years old (also five minutes older than Kio), is 5"11, weighs a delicate 132 lbs, and is the more civil of the two brothers. Cassius detestes the sight of gore, blood is ok, but when you go and butcher someone it is an animalistic act. Cassius loves his younger brother, and admires his father for the way he takes care of his victims. Cassius's goal is to destroy the first generation of villians (except those that kill in a 'decent' manner) and bring forth the second great war.

 

Abilities and draw backs: Cassius is able to go 60% crusnic, he is also faster than most villians, and has a pleasant demeanor about him. He is ruthless, cunning, but yet the propper gentleman and a smooth talker. He is great at smoothing things over between people and has a great personality. His one flaw is that he is overconfident in his abilities and believes himself 'unique.' He carries around a violin that he will play to seem totally innocent, but will later attack from out of nowhere. You can always tell when he is going to attack because he plays the flight of the bumble bee and it will go faster and faster until it seems like all you are hearing is one long chord.

 

Weapon(s): He is able to summon a huge blood plasma sword in his crusnic form. Other than that he doesn't like to use weapons. They are too messy.

 

Allignment: Evil

Bio: Raised around an assortment of weapons, meisters, ARMs wielders, and other such fighters, he's always felt a strong need to improve himself. He speaks regularly with Lord Death and he is on his way to becoming a Death Scythe. Also, after seeing both of his parents dealing with heartbreak, he's decided to do his best to find and win over the love of his life before she slips away. To this end, he seems to be a big flirt. He always seems to have with him a near infinite amount of gum, so much so that "Gum" has unfortunately become his nick name, with which to break the ice in meeting people. Also, over time he's developed quite the addiction.

 

Abilities and drawbacks: He will eventually be able to use self soul resonances with the ARMs he creates from his soul. The broom can be used to fly as well as launching wind magic. The scythe and it's variations is used for most all close combat. He is proficient in both, excelling in scythe combat and riding the broom like a skateboard.

 

Weapon(s): He can turn parts of his body into parts of a scythe, grow scythe blades off of his body, use his combined powers from both parents to shape his soul energy into a weaker version of his scythe form as an ARM outside of his body, and can do the same for the Broom of the West Wind (Dorothy's broom).

Bio: Though Shu and Inori were never married, they lived happily together for a long time, and Inori gave birth to Kazumi a couple of years after the treaty was signed. Sadly, her father died of the Apocalypse virus when she was fifteen years old, so she now lives only with Inori, who is emotionally distant a lot of the time. Like her parents, the now-seventeen-year-old is very quiet and reserved, though her overall personality matches Shu's more than Inori's—she has about a million insecurities, and doesn't yet realize her full potential. She stands at 5'2” and weighs 105 pounds (LOL what is it with almost all the other characters having such a low BMI?).

 

Abilities and draw backs: As the daughter of Shu, Kazumi has inherited the “power of kings,” and is thus able to draw out peoples' Voids. However, not everybody's Void is a weapon, and sometimes can be utterly useless. She can't draw out the Void of anyone over the age of 18. Also, if the person's Void breaks while Kazumi is using it, the owner will die.

In addition, she can use handguns with fairly good accuracy, something her mother taught her.

Bio: Kurono is the result of heavy drinking and was abandoned by her mother to be raised by her deranged puppet father. Kurono at first comes across as a calm inncoent person but in reality is cold and cruel. She will do anything to get what she wants and usually does. She doesn't like to trust other people and has a hard time making allies but once she does she grows a strong attachment to the person and will try to protect them. Kurono is now 17 years old and wieghs 106 pounds.

Abilities and draw backs: Kurono is extremely agile and can climb almost anything. When she gets angry or swallowed in a fight her eyes turn red and she loses her mind no longer having control of her body. If she is not stopped or restrained until she calms down she will continue to kill both enemies and allies alike. Kurono is not aware of this happening. She also uses a medium sized dagger to fight but isn't very physically strong.

Bio: Takeshi was born to Itachi Uchiha and Yoruichi Shihoin after Itachi was killed by Sasuke and wound up in the Soul Society. He found out about his abilites as both an Uchiha with Sharingan and a Soul Reaper with a Zanpaktou. Through training in the Soul Society with his parents, he was able to achieve his Shikai and was somehow able to obtain the Mangekyou Sharingan as well. After turning 19, he decided to leave the Soul Society and explore the World of the Living.

Abilities and draw backs: Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, and Susanoo with the drawback of slowly loosing sight. Fire style jutsu, uses up chakra. Shikai where Zanpaktou turns into a kunai. Shunko, as well as various Kido and Bakudo.

Bio: A 17 year old second-year student at Naginomori Gakuen High, Shin lives with his younger brother, Jun. His parents were researchers who studied the possibilities of awakening a power called "Persona", and using it to advance the world. The experiments turned to disaster, however, and they were both killed by their own work. Shin has finally come to accept the past, moving on after the horrors that lie in the past ten years.

 

Abilities and draw backs: Shin has the ability to summon his Persona, Abel. Abel is a unique Persona, in the way that he is able to sever a person form their own Persona, and thus a part of their own being. As everyone has a Persona (whether it is awakened or not), Abel is a dangerous force that Shin only uses in desperation.

Bio: A 27 year old police officer, Akihiko grew up in an orphanage with his friends Shinjiro and Miki. After Miki's death, the boys joined a group called SEES (Strategic Extracurricular Extermination Squad), though Shinjiro left after "the incident". Akihiko, however, remained and together with SEES member Mitsuru Kirijo formed a new SEES (Persona 3). After the events of the Persona series, Akihiko became a police detective, meeting Shin Kanzato ten years later when cases of Apathy Syndrome began to reappear. Today, he is investigating rumors of discontent within the providences.

 

Abilities and draw backs: Like Shin, Akihiko can summon his Persona, Caesar (although he requires an Evoker to do so). However, given the amount of time since he has used this ability, it requires a large amount of energy to do so.

Bio: The proprietor of The Velvet Room, an underground club in the Neutral region, although it is accessible to any who wish to enter (anyone who leaves will return to where they entered from, making invasion of the other regions impossible). He is assisted by his three servants (who are all siblings): Margaret, Elizabeth, and Theodore.

 

The club, however, is a facade. The Velvet Room's true purpose is to assist those who wish to wield their inner strength: Persona. While one need not necessarily summon this power, it can be accessed by anyone, should they have the necessary strength of will. As such, Igor uses the Velvet Room to monitor the shifting of the world's power, based on not only the patrons of the club, but by the will of those in the outer world.

 

Abilities/Drawbacks: Can create/fuse Personas, as well as awaken them in people. He also seems to have a near-omniscient prescence, as he is able to tell possibilties of the future, although even he admits that he cannot see everything.

 

Weapons: None, he is protected by his servants

 

Alignment: Neutral
