Misty finally made it to her client, and he told her exactly what had been stolen from him, and gave her a crude picture of what he looked like. She sighed, and went out to look for him. As she was walking through the alley system, she tripped over something lying on the ground. She picked it up and realized it was a part of one of the items that had been stolen from her client. "Maybe the theif is in here. . ." she said quietly, pushing open a door in the nearby warehouse. MIsty yelped, and rolled out of the way of a knife that had just been hurled at her head. "Ice-Make, Archery." she said, and fired a volley of ice arrows at her target. The thief was hit by a few of them, and then pulled out a sword and ran at her. She dodged his swing, and kicked him hard, sending him back to the wall. "Easy enough." she murmured, tying him up with some nearby rope. She went back to her client, and told him where she had found the thief. He thanked her greatly and gave her the promised reward. She took it silently, and started back for Fairy Tail.

Allen was looking on thief group from above and then said: "Heavenly body magic, meteorite"

As thiefs heard those words they got on their guard and looked up, but there was nothing, Allen flew behind them and kicked on on the back and sended him flying on another.

"You bastard!" One of the thiefs said and shooted ice magic on Allen, but Allen blocked it bare handedly, "Artic wolfs. Thief group, which' members are using all ice magic. I have came to put you under arrest" Allen punched third thief on stomach and then attacked on others.

Soon Allen was done and called magic council to take them away. "Thank you, this is your reward", man from magic counsil said who was at charge of this situation. "Its nothing, I just made my job thats it" Allen said taking 1200000 jewels.

Allen went back to Magnolia. Allen went to his house and paid his monthly rent. Soon Allen went on bed and thought: "Should I take job, or should I go and investigate this Jellal? Maybe job, I have to forget all those things, they have nothing to do with me"

Finally, did Kaien had just arrived outside of E.R.A HQ's giant doors and also had just started saying to them "Oy, hot-shots, i want the body of Kaito "Jet Black" Yuishima back, give him to me or i'll declare war with all of yas, make that a promise, obviously from me to obviously yous all." said Kaien, preparing to fight E.R.A should they not act upon Kaien's demands of wanting Kaito's corpse back.

Joe probably hadn't seen Noc come in. Very, very few ever did. He stood in the corner in darkness for a few moments, a quiet smile on his face, enjoying the quiet serenity of the night. Serene now, at least, but it probably wouldn't be for long.

 

"What are you thinking about? Is it the man you killed today?"

 

Noc emerged from the darkness and paced to the other side of the room, now in clear view of Joe. He had met Katsuro, and he was as powerful as he had expected, but unlike Katsuro, Noc didn't want to start a fight here. Katsuro was okay, but Noc was not a fan of injuring teenagers.For right now he figured he'd try to talk. The kid was very powerful, but Noc wasn't quite sure how hot headed he was. The dim lights on left much to be desired, but it gave Noc more to work with if there was any problem.

 

"I happened to be an observer to your little fight today, and I'm someone very interested in the talent you and some of your friends displayed. You showed yourself to be quite powerful today, kid, I'll give it to you. So the question is how does a kid your age get to be so interestingly powerful?"

"Raven Tail, huh. Isn't Ivan the name of Laxus' father. That's weird." Kyou said. She then zapped out of the room just as she had seen Laxus do it, while Katsuro was talking to Gajeel. "It's been a while since Laxus was kicked out right, Angel?" Kyou asked. "Yeah. Are you thinking of refilling on magic power?" Angel questioned. "No I can make my own now." Kyou answered. "I am going back to the guild." Kyou said as she zapped away. When she zapped to the guild she saw Natsu. "Hey Kyou, fight me, Fire Dragon's Iron Fist!" He yelled. Kyou ducked and punched him in the stomach. She saw rolling on the floor in pain. "You could of punched him a little lighter next time." Mira said.

While both fighting and defeating most of E.R.A's mage guards after their leaders had refused to hand over Kaito's body to Kaien and he had then just decided at that very moment when they said no that he would attack them head on and storm their HQ, does Kaien near closer and closer to where E.R.A keeps the corpses of dead mages that are either good and/or evil as well as/or neutral, hoping to find Kaito's body there and while drawing near to that department, does Kaien decide to believe a theory he just came up with, about why E.R.A collects the corpses of dead mages that are either connected to them or not, with the theory being about that E.R.A collects the corpses of dead mages so that can both examine and experiment on them, seeing if they can extract the left over magic that still lives within the corpses of dead mages, hoping that they can use that magic after obviously extracting it somehow for some unknown purpose that Kaien just doesn't really care about at the moment, since he only wants to get Kaito's body and then give it a proper burial.

joe turned and sat up on the couch he was sleeping on as he heard a voice Joe then saw Noc Joe looked at him and stared just then Lucy woke up and saw what was going on "Joe whos that" "i dont know" Joe then heard Nocs question "howd i get so strong easy growing up as my dad told me following all his wisdom and now its my determination to find my dad that drives me on" Joe then stood up holding his injured arm "to find Igneel thats my ultimate goal" Lucy then walked up beside Joe "hey sit down you'll make those injuries worse by pushing yourself" "one thing first you how did you get into Lucys house with out us noticing"

A smile appeared on Noc's face. "Igneel... so that's why you could use such abilities, I see."

 

He paced to another side of the room, it wasn't very often that he had to explain himself to anyone, and though he didn't intend to explain very much to the kid, it still felt odd.

 

"As for your question, I wouldn't worry about that, I do very often, it's a specialty of mine. And unfortunately I won't tell you how I got in, as you never know when I may need to visit again."

 

He stopped walking and looked over both of them. The girl was recognizable, she was at Fairy Tail HQ as well during the fight. Joe had said he name was Lucy, it must have been Lucy Heartfilia, but Noc didn't have time to focus on her at the moment. Looking over Joe he saw the toll the fight had taken on him, he was patched up but nowhere near healed. It seemed like it may be a day or two until he was able to pull off the same strength of that fight without seriously injuring himself even more.

 

"You should sit down, kid, you're in rough shape, I'm not here to fight, not yet at least, so listen to your little girlfriend there. You are rather passionate about finding your father, Igneel, I see."

 

Noc sighed into the quiet night and looked back up at Joe.

 

"Just like your good buddy Natsu."

Joe glared at Noc about to jump forward at him when Lucy caught Joe "NO Joe you cant fight" Joe growled at Noc "leave Natsu out of this we both promised each other any clue we got on Igneel we'd share with the other we may not be blood brother but are bound to Igneel as a father for us is more then enough to make us Brothers" Lucy then looked at Joe and smiled slightly as she thought "brothers huh the way your talking now Joe you shore make it sound like it that's for shore" Joe glared at Noc "fine if you wont tell me how you got in here atleast tell me how you are and by the way now that I've got your scent you have no chance of sneaking around me again" Joes eyes where then like a Dragons as smoke slightly came from his mouth Lucy just held onto Joe stopping him from charging at Noc "i said tell me who are you dammit"

Noc burst out laughing for a few seconds. He collected himself soon after but was still smiling when he spoke.

 

"Down boy!" He laughed some more. "So fearless, so fierce, so fiery, it's cute really."

 

He smiled and looked at Lucy. "Please do keep him on a leash, I'd hate to mess up this pretty little house of yours."

 

He slowly and nonchalantly walked up to Joe until he was only about two feet from him. "And don't think for a second because you have my scent that you'll be able to stop me from sneaking up on you if I wanted to. And believe me, if I want to hurt Natsu, you won't be able to stop me."

 

He paced towards a wall across the room slowly, drawing out the tense silence, until he spun back around.

 

"I suppose you've told me enough about yourself to warrant an introduction. I'm Noctyr, call me Noc. That's all you need to know for now, boy."

'Oh yeah think i am a push over sparky, well then lets see ya handle it.' 'Dont you try andd challenge me right now Gajeel, i am in no mood,' 'Perfect then.' 'ENOUGH!' Katsuro and Gajeel halted. 'Both of you need to stop, we know very little about the Raven Guilds, and there for we will have to learn more. Katsuro, you and Gajeel will go yogether for this mission.' 'WHAT!! I cant go with him.' 'I am not going with the pip squeak!.' 'You two need to learn to get along, you two are assests o eachother, yet you are both your weakness.' 'I have no weakness.' 'No, just like you dont have a brain Gajeel.' 'What did you just say!?' 'Stop, you both will go on that mission understood?' 'Yes master.'

Joe looks at Noc "even if you were to face Natsu you wouldnt stand a chance Natsus just one of them guys who never stops fighting even when it looks like hes beat every time you knock him down he'll just get right back up stronger then ever" Lucy smiled at Joe as he then finally sat down Lucy then looked at Noc "get out of my house the last thing anyone wants here is trouble and you said it yourself your not interested in fighting besides even if you are an enemy i dont think you would go so low as to attack an injured person" "lucy leave it be you dont need to keep pushing the point" Joe then then looked at Noc "you can leave now and im shore we'll meet again and when we do we wont be talking"

Noc smiled. He got everything he needed to know. For now at least.

 

"It's been a true pleasure Joe, we'll be seeing each other again sometime rather soon I suspect."

 

He walked slowly over to the door and opened it. He walked through the opening and then stopped for a moment. His turned his head back to them.

 

"You really shouldn't be so interested in fighting, kid, that approach will get you hurt, or worse. Until next time."

 

And with that the door shut, Noc was gone.

 

 

 

Two down.

Kyou then walked back to where she left Katsuro and Gajeel. She heard the Master tell them that they were assigned to a mission about Raven Tail. "Master I want in, I want to join them." Kyou asked. "Very well you can go with them." The master answered. "Wait another one to zap me along the way?" Gajeel asked. "Gajeel it looks like your stuck with us, right Katsuro?" Kyou joked. "Right, your mission is to infaltrate Raven Tail." The master said. "Oh, I got it so we're pretty much ruse, right?" Kyou asked. "Correct." the master said.

'Alright then Kyou, Gajeel lets get going' Katsuro opened the door, and let Kyou and Gajeel out. Gajeel grunted and walked out. 'I hope this doesnt end badly that could effect us all.' Katsuro walked outside and Katsuro was greeted by Natsu in his face. 'What happened, are you going on some important mission!?' 'Natsu, i need to be somewhere, we can talk later alright.' 'Oh come on, please Katsuro, please tell me.' 'Please...' 'Natsu, Happy i need to go on a mission , we will talk later, i promise.' Natsu crossed his arms, and gave Katsuro a pout. 'You promise Katsuro.' 'Yes Natsu, i promise, when i come back we can talk about it, then we can go on a S-class mission together.' 'YEAH!!'

soon after Noc left the room Joe stared at the door as he sat up Lucy looked at Joe "whats wrong" Joe then smirked "dumb ass he thought he got everything he needed to know not even close" Lucy looked at Joe "what the heck are you talking about" "but what did he mean by two down thats going to leave me puzzled for a while" "dammit Joe what are you talking about" "huh owe nothing you can go back to bed now" "But you aa dammit Joe" Lucy then stomped back to bed annoyed by Joe a few hours later it was morning Joe woke up to the smell of found then seeing lucy sitting at the table eating breakfast Joe sat up "what time did you get up at" "around half seven didnt want you trying to sneak off early before i woke up so got up a little earlier then normal" Joe dropped his head "it was that easy to figure that plan out" "its the oldest trick in the book now have some breakfast it'll help you feel better" "ya ya" Joe then got to the table then grabbing a slice of toast then buttering it and then eating it Joe then stared at the toast "this toast tastes funny" "what you saying my baking isnt any good" joe then began to gag hitting his back coughing out the toast "what the hell Joe" "what the hell Joe more like what the hell Lucy you trying to poison me its not even cooked and what the hell is this blue stuff on the toast" "thats from the butter" "aaaa its gone off" "no it isnt its just i was suppose to be blue cheese" joe then began to hit his head off the table "lucy never attempt to be a cook okay" "Hey mean much"

Upon retrieving Kaito's body from E.R.A, did Kaien use his Iron Dragon Slayer magic to break down one of their walls in their HQ and then flee with Kaito's body around his shoulders, with E.R.A being left behind to do naught but a thing about their current situation, as even if they wanted to, they couldn't possibly catch up to Kaien right now, seeing that he was more prepared for this then they ever were and also just because he is long gone by now, of which, on Kaien's side of things, while carrying Kaito's body, does he start talking to it by saying "Yo big bro, it's been not a long while, i see you did go to try and meet up with Gajeel-San after all, look how that turned out, though, i guess can't really blame you for it, you were set on meeting him after all, even if it did cost you your life and besides, even if you couldn't meet him, it looks like you were still happy either way." said Kaien, noticing and commenting the fact that Kaito still had the smile that he had died with.

Noc stepped through the rubble. He looked around calmly at the people staring back at him.

 

"Tell me gentlemen; that corpse that was just stolen from here, I need the file on his death, if you could go fetch it for me."

 

One of the stunned men walked forward. "M-Mister, you aren't allowed to be here, let alone have acce-" HE certainly quieted down when Noc fired a bullet an inch from his leg.

 

"It was not a question."

 

A moment of tense silence ensued, until one man turned slowly and pulled out a few sheets of papers from a nearby desk.

 

Noc smiled. "That has the details of his death and the names of everyone involved, correct?"

 

The man's mumbled response barely made it to Noc's ears. "Y-yes."

 

Noc stepped forward slowly and snatched the papers. "Ah, how delightful, all in one place, I really have to thank for your help." And he disappeared from sight.

 

Looking down at the paper he made note of the name "Allen" on the list of those who had fought Kaito. He'd need to remember that name, but something else was on his mind at that moment. He had intended to sneak in and steal the papers easily, he hadn't expected someone else to have gone to the E.R.A. HQ and already attacked. Quite frankly he was glad the other perpetrator hadn't stolen the file before him. But the other person seemed to be interested in Kaito's corpse, but why? Hopefully this did not mean any interference with Noc's plans, but he doubted it. But there was an excited interest in his mind as he walked away from the HQ. Who was the person who broke in? How were they that powerful? Why did they want Kaito? These questions sparked an interest in Noc, he would have to go find out. One thing was certain though; things just got interesting.

 

Very interesting.

"Big bro, do you remember? this, this was the place where you had first found me at, where here, it was where both of our lives and journeys had begun, it was after Metalicana, the Iron Dragon, had abandoned us both and had left us on our own, to both starve and fight for our lives, however, it was not long after that, when he had abandoned us, that we two had met, for the very first time, in our lives and it was because of that very first, single meeting between us that you took me in and had raised me, like i was your very own, little step brother and apprentice, taught by you in the ways of the Iron Dragon, since i was only just a sprog who didn't even know how to learn back then and so, for taking me in, i am forever grateful, your sincerly loving and caring little bro, Kaien." said Kaien, upon buring Kaito's body at the place where the two had met for the very first time while Kaito is saying his goodbyes to his older step brother, forever grateful to him for taking Kaien in and raising him into the man that he is today and with that, does Kaien place his older step brother's grave marker ontop of his burial site and pours water all over it before saying "May you rest in peace, big bro." said Kaien before standing up after kneeling down and then turning away, having finally completed the mission that he had set out to do.

Katsuro, Kyou, and Gajeel were out on there way to find out more about the guild Raven's Tail. Katsuro has been getting a weird feeling the whole time they were walking. He met Ivan...once, a long time ago he did. Ivan is the brother to the same man that made Katsuro. Katsuro could feel his electricity begin to build up inside of him. He wnated to just destroy something, mainly Ivan's face. But he held it in. 'I must warn you two, Raven's guild is not some guild you should under estimate, their master is stronger than anyone you have seen, maye even stronger than the Master.'

Allen was sitting in Fairy Tail talking to Mirajane. "So how you feeling Allen?" Mirajane asked and cleaned glasses. Allen looked up and said with neutral tone: "Pretty well I guess?" "Hey Allen have you heard about that Kaito's brother who went in E.R.A's HQ and took his brothers body from there, I heard it was pretty mess." Mirajane said worrying little bit how Allen would react, but Allen said: "Oh, it may be the best that he gets proper burial than it that his corpse would have been investigated and stuff" "I see" Mirajane said and then Allen raised up. "I will be going on mission now" Allen said and went out.

This time Allen's mission was to escort special lacrima to one town, but he had to first get it back from Venom Shadow's territory. Allen diguised as member and sneaked to guild's grounds and then got lacrima savely. When Allen was heading to his destination he saw man in front of grave, he somehow resembled him of Kaito.

Allen noticed that it was Kaito's grave and that other guy had to be his brother. Allen could have sneaked past him and complete his mission, but he still wanted to know more about Jellal and figured that Kaito's brother could know something. Allen went behind him and said: "I would like to talk with you" Allen tried to avoid combat for some time and get somew answers from Kaien.

Noc watched Allen approach Kaien. He had tailed the unknown assailant of the E.R.A. HQ a while until finally finding him here. Doing something... he hadn't expected him to do: give Kaito a proper burial. He looked down at the report on Kaito's death, and looked up once more at Allen. He matched the description of the third Fairy Tail member to have fought Kaito prior to his death. Noc smiled. Both the Kaito thief and the last target; Allen were here. Two birds, one stone. He stayed quiet. Now he would just wait.

 

Watch and wait.

soon after breakfast Joe and Lucy arrived at the guild as they did Joe entered using crutches Joe and Lucy then walked up to the bar Mirajane looked at Joe "what happened to you Joe" "nothing Lucy just wounldnt let me leave the house with out them" "owe so you stayed with Lucy last night did ya" "its nothing like that!" Joe yelled out "Haha just joking so all injuries from the fight yesterday" "ya i did a number on my right arm but i should be good in another day or so and until then Lucys got me staying at hers she even got up before me to make shore i didnt run off and shes even done his" Joe then raised his left arm showing a rope tied to it with Plue on the other end "owe she tied you to Plue how cute" "as if any time i go more then 50 meters from Lucy this so called cute dog stabs me with his nose" "Haha i still think its cute" "maybe for you but for me its torture shes even made it that were a team now" "ya know you could use that to your advantage" "how so" "back when Lucy first meet Natsu Natsu made a team with Lucy just for this mission" Mirajane then handed Joe a flyer "haha figures Natsu would do something like this how did the mission end" "Lucy ended up causing a mansion to collapse and they didnt follow out the missions orders so they didnt get paid" "yup sounds about right since Natsu was involved he always had a habit of destroying stuff"
