Based on the book " Darkside" Writted by Tom Becker!

 

London, a city most people are familiar with, the great fountains and old buildings. This depiction of London is innocent and beautiful, but sadly untrue. There is a much darker part of London that people like you or me don't know exists. Its a place called Darkside where all the biggest criminals and monsters of the world were banished long ago. Now the ancestors of those criminals are occupying Darkside, stuck in the past of cobblestone streets and horse drawn carriages, a place where Jack the Ripper's grandson is ruler. Darkside is an evil place where mercy is unheard of, to survive you must be a reason for people to stay out of your way, or be an ally to one.

 

Your Story: In this rp you can either be a lightsider: One who lives in the London we all know, or a Darksider: a relative of a famous criminal living in Darkside. Tom Ripper, jack the ripper's grandson, is plotting to take over lightside. Wether you are a darksider or lightsider the choice to join or fight him is yours, but you must be warned Tom Ripper is not a man to underestimate.

1. No godmodding, if your in a fight, your most likely going to get injured.

2. Posts must be ATLEAST 3 lines long i will be inforcing this rule!!!!

3. Put " Down with the Ripper, or Long live the Ripper" based on your character

Bio: Ada has lived in Darkside all her life and is the grand daughter of Alphonse Capone. She has always been in some sort of trouble with the Ripper family. She is constantly on the run, when she caught word of Tom's plan she made it her goal to, what she refers to as, discouraging him in every opportunity possible. She has a dark cold heart but her intentions to try and help save the lightside are true.

Bio: He was born in the Darkside, his father was raised him there. Hours is a clever guy. He supports the Darkside by "helping" the Lightside. He sells false information to the Lightside and splits the profit with the Ripper family. For this information, he stays protected and earns money doing it. Now, he is working for Ripper to get the Darkside to reign the Lightside.

Bio: Before Midnight was born in Darkside and her parents told her all the disgusting things about the Lightsider. They soon taught her how to fight, be smart, and devious. She is very clever, evil, and cares for no one unless they have something she wants.

Bio: Great-Granddaughter of Calico Jack and Anne Bonny, both pirates, she has lived her life alone near the docks of Darkside, watching the ships pull in and out, eavesdropping on some of the sailors. Eventually she met the great-grandson of Blackbeard and a mysterious woman (Somrene). He taught her about ships and the pirate ways. It was during one of these "lessons" that they vowed to live by the Pirate Code for the rest of their lives. A little after that Somrene was taken against his will to work for the Ripper. A little after that he was killed for messing up a task he'd been given. Anna vowed revenge on the Ripper.

Bio: The descendant of england's greatest detective, sherlock holmes, sean inspires to follow after his ancestor sherlock, by somehow, finding a way to catch tom ripper and bring him to justice.

Bio: The desendent of Professor Moriarty, Robert learned earily in life that controling things from the shadows was safer than being out in the open. As such, he prefers subtler ways of dealing with the Lightside and, indeed, has many "interests" there. Tom Ripper's plan to take the Lightside threatens Robert's plans and investments, making Ripper the enemy and all that oppose him friends.

Bio: Tom is the grandson of Jack the Ripper who was the first ruler over darkside. He now comtrols all the most dangerous criminals in the world and has grown sick of the lightside. He had made it his goal to bring the lightside into the dark.

Ahhh! im sorry your accepted, ill start tomorrow since a good amount of people have signed up already.

I have to say that picture for Tom looks as evil as I could want. I'll have no problem trying to kill him anymore.

haha ya i tried to find the most evil person ever, because of course he is lol.

Tom Ripper sat slightly slouched with a glass of scotch in his hand. He listened unamused to the pathetic blubbering of his captured enemy. Tom sighed and pointed the gun that was in his other hand at the small rat like man. " I could let you go, but who needs another rat on the streets?" He said more to himself shooting the man without another word. He motioned for his servants to clean up the mess and left his chair handing his gun lazily to a guard. " Now down to business. Where is the spy?" Tom asked and one of his servants showed him to a large room with a long thin table running down it. On the far side of the table a man with a hat casting a shadow over his face sat silently. " The light siders don't suspect a thing." Where the only words he spoke before dissapearing from the room. Tom smirked and sat down to finish his drink going over his fool proof plan.

 

Ada sprinted down the gloomy dark streets of darkside ducking as bullets were fired behind her. She could hear shouts of frustration and ducked into a narrow alleyway hoping a fence to try to lose her persuers. She ran through a busy street barely able to dodge a carriage speeding down the street. Her long jacket was torn away by the wheel. " No!" She shouted chasing after the horse desperatly reaching for a silver object glinting in the coat pocket. Ada tripped and rolled to the side of the road looking up to see the coat being carried further away down the street. She cursed under her breath and caught sight of her enemies and had no choice but to sprint away from her treasured coat,

Midnight was hanging out in an ally when she saw two buffed up men with guns grunting at the sight of Midnight. "Hey! This is our spot!" One of the men shouted. "Get out before we teach you a lesson!" The other men said. Midnight turned to them as if she finally noticed these two idiots. "Are you sure? Last time I checked, this was my spot." She purred, her Jesus cross zipper glowing in the night. "Looks like you're not going to listen!" The men pointed their guns at her but she laughed. "Go ahead and shoot me. Then let's see what happens to you." The men started shooting her with no hesitation, and smoke started to cover the entire ally. When the smoke disappeared, Midnight was gone. "Where did she go?" There was a click behind their heads. "Right here." Midnight smiled. Her twin pistols were pointed at both of their heads. "Now good-bye." She shot them in the head and their bodies collapsed on the floor. Midnight yawned. "Well that wasn't so fun." She walked out of the ally to see a girl running for their life as some guys tried to shoot her. Midnight smirked. 'These guys look like they could entertain me. Perfect.'

 

 

Yuri was in her apartment in London painting a humming bird, she hummed joyfully as the painting started forming into something exactly what she had in mind.

Fad Hours was drinking his coffee in his normal spot when he saw a girl running down the street and two men following her. Isn't that Capone's grand-kid, Hours thought to himself. He then laughed to himself and continued drinking his coffee. I wonder what she got herself into this time, then giggling after his thought. He finished his coffee and walked down the street to gather information as he always does.

Tom pressed the Ripper seal into the wax of his letter. " That should take care of problem." He smiled a little he was looking forward to a challenge. He stepped out onto the street toward the Ripper's personal steam boat. " Its about time i set eyes on my new world." He chuckled softly to himself and held the letter in his hand. He didn't usually deliver his letters personally but he wanted to see the look on the faces of the london police. Tom stepped off the boat and buttoned up his jacket hiding the old fashioned clothes of Darkside, time seemed to move much slower in darkside, Lightside moved much further into the future then he had ever expected.

 

Ada grabbed a knive laying on the street and continued running. As people recognized ehr they stepped out of her way as she ran glancing over her shoulder. They don't usually chase me this far, what do they think I know? She wondered, Ada often snuck into the Ripper's mansion and got caught a good half of the time. They suaully gave up by now. Something must be happening, what is Tom planning? She tripped again forcing her to focus on running she was starting to tire and looked for a place to hide.

Anna leaned on a pole looking out to sea when she heard some commotion going on behind her. She turned and what greeted her eyes was a girl running from two men. "Now two on one isn't fair." Anna said to herself. "How to even the odds? Shoot one of them with my pistol or charge in with my cutlass?" As she contemplated the possibilities she remembered where she had gotten the two weapons. Somrene had given them to her as a sixteenth birthday present. That was the last she ever saw of him. "How 'bout both." Anna said, finally coming to a conclusion. She shot her pistol at one of the men, and then ran over to the other with her cutlass drawn. "How does two v one feel going the other way?" She said with a smirk on her face.
