If you guys watched kingdom hearts 3d scenes sora failed and did not gain the power of sleep or rank of keyblade master like riku . So how will sora awaken ventus without that power? I believe he will go back to the realm of sleep like he did at the end of the game and try to learn it his self or train with riku. what are your thoughts and theories?

Technically If Aqua found Vens body and Sora was right there with her its possible for his heart to return on its own .In BBS it talks about his heart needing the strength and love of his friends to be guided back if my memory serves . If its not awoken already

 

Yes, Yen Sid said that to Aqua, and Mickey said that Ven would have both his and Aqua's hearts to guide him back then Aqua added Terra to the list.

 

That personally makes me think Ven will be the last to awaken so that Aqua, Terra, Mickey, and Sora are there to guide him back.

Didn't he met him at the very end of KHII ? Just before booming himself with his datalizering-fake kingdom hearts machine ?

I like the idea of Ventus already being awake because in "A Fragmentary Passage" he disappears. Oooooooo Spooooooky lol. And Nomura stated that that trailer is "bits and peices of something whole" so this might be connected with him smiling in 3D.
