May 1, 201213 yr Author Defs Australia. And I'm gonna guess China as well. Yep. Spot on! Australia and China!
May 2, 201213 yr Popular Post >"Major" economies >Australia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_GDP_(nominal) I wouldn't say that us, being the 13th largest economy is a "major" economy. Also, I'm pretty sure that other countries in the top 13, apart from China and Australia, also avoided a recession. Stop bragging lol.

We're probably 12th now with Spain now in a recession.
May 2, 201213 yr Didn't say that they were the only ones. There are others. The question in the topic title is "What are the only Major Economies". So yes, you did say that.
May 2, 201213 yr Popular Post Australia's economy is so small that DChiuch probably lives as a king compared to its primitive natives because of the revenue he makes off this site.
May 3, 201213 yr Author The question in the topic title is "What are the only Major Economies". So yes, you did say that. I'm reffering to you saying that China and Australia are the only ones. If any others have avoided a recession I believe they are India and Indonesia. But I'm not 100% sure. Australia's economy is so small that DChiuch probably lives as a king compared to its primitive natives because of the revenue he makes off this site. Nothing wrong with being the 12th largest economy. At least we have the strongest dollar in the world. Silly North America.

May 3, 201213 yr Author 'Strongest dollar' Pays several hundred dollars for videogames. That is something completely different. The prices of video games has nothing to do with how strong our dollar is. And we don't pay several hundred dollars. The prices vary. Just look at EBGames' or JB Hi Fi's website. I'm referring to the fact that the Australian dollar is worth more than the U.S dollar.

Well Australia wouldn't last long without a strong dollar.Kangaroos aren't cheap.
May 3, 201213 yr Author Well Australia wouldn't last long without a strong dollar. Kangaroos aren't cheap. We lasted well over 100 years with a weak dollar. And now we well and truly have the strongest dollar in the world.
May 4, 201213 yr Sora96. Economical genius. Do you even know what it means to have a strong dollar? It has nothing to do with the exchange rate. Japanese yens are worth like 1/100 of our dollar, does that mean their dollar is 1/100 as "strong" as ours? No.
If you can guess them, you'll win....... something........
