Xehanort has a pretty elaborate plan, eh? So elaborate, in fact, that this plan could be been completely upturned at almsot any moment, if it weren't for a very specific series of events.

In this topic, discuss a different way the plot could have gone (In any KH game) that would have most liekly stopped Xehanort's plan.

 

Example:

At Radiant Garden-

 

Aqua- And just what is this dangerous mission?

 

Terra- Oh that? Oh right! I found Master Xehanort!

 

Aqua- That's great! Let's go meet him and go back to the Master and-

 

Terra- No, Xehanort needs me to find a masked boy for him...

 

Aqua- Very well, I'll come with you.

 

Ventus- Can I come?

 

Aqua- No Ven! You need to go home, where it's safe.

 

Terra- Aqua, it's a long way home, he'd probably be safer coming with us.

 

Aqua- But-! Fine...

 

And so they stuck together, and as such Xehanort and Vanitas couldn't do anything they did in the ending.

 

Now it's YOUR TURN! For great justice!

Ventus doesn't go to the Keyblade Graveyard. Xehanort is unable to forge the x-blade. His plans are ruined.

 

OR

 

Terra listens to Ventus at the Land of Departure and allows him to be erased by Eraqus.

 

OR

 

Terra stops trusting the bad guys.

There are lots of scenarios there.

Ansem the wise never does his research and young xehanort studies the attraction to the opposite sex instead while the xehanort inside crys and terra eventually takes over again.

I go back in time right before Ansem SOD talks to Young Xehanort and gets YX so drunk that he forgets everything that Ansem told him
