your opinion of KH/HP crossover (Fanfic, not idea for kh game)

Posted

I was reading a Harry potter/Kingdom hearts crossover fanfiction, and I was thinking of sora in Hogwarts school clothes which was odd.

However I think it is interesting that people like the idea of kingdom hearts and harry potter crossing over.

If i was to write one, i would make Sora visit the HP world after KH2 or KH3, and in the HP world, it would take place during Harry's 5th or 6th year and would continue to the defeat of You-Know Who.

So what about you guys? whats your opinion on KH/HP crossover?

I think that it should be based on the 7th and Final Year of the Entire Harry Potter Series, namely, Deathly Hallows, Part I and II, with Sora indeed wearing Hogwarts's Students's Clothes and with both Donald and Goofy serving as transfer Teachers at Hogwarts, helping Harry, Ron and Hermione with their quest to destroy all of Voldemort's Horcruxes and duss, in turn, kill Voldemort himself.

Sora would definately learn a lot of BAD-ASS magic!!

I seriously hate almost all HP crossovers and KH crossovers. Honestly, both series have really set plots that very rarely mix well. When a crossover is done right for one of them it is done exceptionally well but the other 9.99/10 times, it is absolutely awful and I would say that you shouldn't do a HP/KH story, in my personal opinion.

oh yeah, lots of magic for sora to try!

come to think of it, in KH timeline, you think it should take place after KH3?

I agree with that.

No, just no. As much as I love both, they should never ever blend.

The idea is a good one but it would depend on the execution.
