I'm just going to say somethings.

 

I'm 100% Follower of Jesus Christ like Kushi and many others on this site. I don't care about what other people say or think when they hear I'm a Christian and Love God with my WHOLE heart and soul. And I'm not one of those people who say they are "Christians" when they really aren't.God loves everyone even the people that don't believe in him. And when people think "If God loves me then why is he leting horrible things happen to me?" it's not God fault it's your fault, Like Kushi said.

When you don't let God come into your life he can't give you his blessing and protection, and it's never God's fault when bad things happen in your life...It's the Devil who loves to mess up our lives and twist our minds to make it seem like it's all God's fault.

God wants to love us and protect us but he gave us all a choice; To believe in him and let him enter into our hearts to protect and love us or to not to believe in him.

 

 

And I can back up the "Jews" here because I grew up Jewish, lol.

Really, God just kept asking the Jews for a shitload of crap, gave us the Torah written in a language only MOSES could friggin read, and then sent us to a land of freedom. Then the SAME GOD seemed to have missed Jews with Romans with the whole putting Jesus to a cross thing.

And allow me to point out that THIS SAME GOD previously was A-OK with allowing the Jews suffer through slavery for over 2,000 years in just Ancient Egypt.

 

SAME GOD.

(Don't believe me that's the same God? Christianity is based off Judisim. Which is ironic, in a way...)

 

The Reason he let the Jews suffer then was because they disobeyed him and choose not to lead the path he wanted them too. So it was their own fault for having to suffer that long. because they didn't let God lead them to the right path.

@ zexion: first of all im not flaming, im saying, big dif but...if you believe something, its not enough just to say 'oh i believe this because it makes me feel comfortable.' u have to say with your whole heart that you believe it no matter what...kindof like the 'oh God will make you feel warm and fuzzy' crap that goes around. without reading as to what is probably arguments on the beginning posts, i'll post this;

 

i do believe there's a god; somewhere, somehow. the world has shown me that He existed and keeps existing and that someone had to start the beginning of humanity and all that

 

i don't say that just because i go to a church weekly, but because i've just gotten enough proof. i may not be the most religious person, haha, but i know He exists and that He's watching over me. ^^

I've lost many friends to the topic of religion, so I personally do not bring it up.

Everyone has opinions and views on religion, and it's only natural that when someone rejects your opinion, you feel the need to stand up for what you believe in...

But that cause arguments and fights and in the end some people will be left hurt. ):

 

I'm not going to say what I do or don't believe in, and I'm not going to comment on anyone else's beliefs...but I will say that it would make me sad if I saw another person get hurt over words.

Authority, Difference, and Religion: in my opinion, the 3 things that ruin the world

 

Authority: Government, messed up UK's economy really badly

 

Difference: Rascism, Sexcism, World War II, that's all i need to say

 

Religion: in the past (and present), millions of people have been killed just because of religion.

The only reason this topic turns into fights is because people fight to change what other sbelieve in. So if you want to make a whole post which is a wall of text to why you shouldnt believe this i suggest you GTFO off this thread and go on msn and rant there (: KTHX. JUST TO CLEAR THINGS UP.

 

Im a catholic christian, and for my whole life i've been learning about God. As my science teacher said, this religion is WHY we're here on earth and not HOW we got on earth [ FOR PEOPLE WHO MIGHT START ARGUING ABOUT THE BIG BANG THEORY OR THE CREATION STORY. ]

I do believe in God, of course Ill believe in God if ive been going to a catholic school for SERIOUSLY MY WHOLE LIFE, but i wont get awesome and break into an argument if someone disagrees with me, we all have individual thoughts, I get that.

Some people at my school don't even believe in God. But heck, they still learn about it. I go to church [nearllyyy] every week, and had done that for 7 years of my life, [primary school] so this is kinda natural to me now.

ouucchh, ok, so i shouldn't have said that Zexion has the right idea about God. People have their own opinions, i get that. What i meant was that he wasn't saying anything that was dissing God. I was just agreeing with him, that's all. Sorry i didn't make that clear.

*sigh* ok, Kairi, i can see that you have a lot of personal issues with God being real. I'm deeply sorry about ur friend. I really am. idk why something like that would happen to her. The only thing i can say, and i know it sounds corny and cliche but God has a reason for everything. I know that's not the best answer and ur probably snickering at me saying this. I'm sry i can't give you some almighty-answer-that-will-blow-your-mind-away but I'm only a teenager, I'm not a preacher or speaker. So I'm sorry if you don't believe a word i say.

I still say all religons are false. its a false hope that people counder up,because on paper,all religions seem "Perfect" on paper. But It's Human Nature thats also to balame for everything. because both are in a sence Light and Dark. See, My familey is Christen,and Jewish. thats the immediant, familey. I Don't belive in that crap. I Belive in something,its jsut not God,for God,doesn't exsit,Nither Does The Devil. Nor Hell (unless you count the bush years,and how screw up our world is,Then yeha thats Hell.) But I Personally Have my own different views on socity,in fact "I LAUGH AT YOU LE'PELL" heheehehe. It's all Bull,and nothing more. you have your own views on what God is, fine. This "God(S)" our what your personal stance is. But Chruchs give me the heebie Jeebies,and bibles burn me for some odd reason...idk y...So..yeha.

Anyways, Its just uselesss,but if you belive in that stuff, then thats great! really. I Respect you for your beilfs as you do mine. for the universe always changes at your comand.
