This always struck me as odd. According to Days' stats (And Dream Drop Distance's) Riku isn't particularly good at magic.

Considering he loves using skills like Dark Firaga and such, I figured he would have a higher magic stat than Sora...

Then again, that's me pretty overpowered.

Hmm... that is interesting...

Dark Firaga is so strong that he doesnt need a hih stat to use it quite effectively

Don't really think Riku needs much magic, He is like Terra, he uses powerful moves instead of magic.

dont forget

Sora, Ventus = Balanced

Riku, Terra = Power

Kairi, Aqua = Magic

Well, Riku's moves that use darkness are actually physical attacks rather than magic. He uses moves like Dark Fiagra but really that is one of the only spells he actually uses. Riku prefers to fight physically and yeah, he's the person in the game who fights using strength rather than magic.

I believe I was just spoiled. Keyblade explained it perfectly.

Even then, Riku uses many energy moves similar to Explosion, which has power determined by magic.

i think of riku as skilled both at magic and strenth, not as good as Terra or Aqua on their particular field, maybe more skilled with combinational attacks and skills

Riku is probably just more physical than Sora . Look at those muscles !
