Sora96 17,256 Posted June 15, 2012 Thanks to WinUnleaked and CNET UK. So, what's your opinion on this? Do you prefer it this way? Or do you think Microsoft will change it again at the last minute? I say, it's too early to make a judgement
Weedanort 8,786 Posted June 15, 2012 It looks nice. But I liked the transparency.

Amon 4,279 Posted June 15, 2012 (edited) I'm using it right now, it's hardly revamped at all. The only thing different is that you don't have a start button. You go to the start menu by mousing over the bottom left corner. Then a small preview window of your apps screen will come up and when you click on that you are switched to the apps screen. Or you can right click in the bottom left corner to get easy access to things like the control panel and task manager. I don't think the screenshot shown is even available in the latest version of Windows 8.
King Riku 2,063 Posted June 15, 2012 As far as looks concern, I prefer Windows 7. Other than that, what's the major differences between Windows 7 and 8? I have no idea.

Ammish 18 Posted June 15, 2012 The 'no transparency' doesn't bother me as much as the plethora of other changes like metro.
VentusRoxas 73 Posted June 15, 2012 Eh. Nothing to brag about. I'll stick to win7 and for now. -opens dos window-
Xer 670 Posted June 15, 2012 Meh... stupid windows, windows and vista are the better :
DragonMaster 1,166 Posted June 17, 2012 It looks better than last time I saw it. Unfortunately, that isn't saying much. Transparency would look much better. So, yep, still ugly. I'll be sticking with Windows 7. Though, its not like I would bother paying to actually upgrade anyway.
