In KH II Xemnas blaming Ansem The Wise for being the source of all heartless(emblem heartless anyway)

I just thought he was reffering to the heartless machine that they found in radient garden/hollow bastion.

 

But then again i've been told that all the secret ansem's report from KH1 was written by Apperntice Xehanort(except from ansem report 1)

So Xehanort created the heartless machine - as stated there:

As a start, I have built a device that artificially creates Heartless. By recreating the conditions that spawn the Heartless naturally, I should be able to produce them artificially.

So that was him (xehanort apperntice) who was created the emblem heartless - then why Xemnas is blaming Ansem The Wise?

 

and how did mickey doesn't remember he met Xehanort apperntice?

He was referring to the decision Ansem the Wise made to experiment on the mysteries of the heart and because of those experiments they discovered the existence of the Heartless.

because Ansem the Wise started the whole conflict of Kigdom Hearts by letting Terranort stay with him. i mean thats the only thing i can think of to answer ur question

tutti frutti. In a sense Ansem the Wise is a fault for directly/indirectly creating the Heartless. He wanted to unlock the mysteries of the heart in order for Terranort to regain his memories. By the time that Terranort had made it an obsession to study hearts, Ansem the Wise was kind of too late and didn't really seem to do much to stop Terranort and the other Apprentices in continuing the research. I believe that Ansem SoD continued this research with the Heartless, and I guess the rest is history.

Well,about Mickey and Apprentice Xehanort,Mickey never meet Terra,i mean,they are not "friends".The only time they meet,is when Terra is going to the tower and see mickey using his star shard.
