Okay so I've Liked this boy every since I first meet him when I was ten years old. The problem is I'm really shy and he's really shy too..and I want to know if he likes me which I think he does by the way he acts but I want to know if he really does like me..so Girls if you like a boy how do you know he likes you back? And Guys if you like a girl how do you act around her?

To be honest JF, i think being 13 is to young to worry about a BF. I mean, if u want to date guys for fun, i guess that's ok. But just don't get serious. I don't see how can two people be serious when they are like 15! It's weird b/c it's not like they can get married or anything. Idk, it's just and issue with me.

 

But it sounds like u really like this boy *wink wink* They best thing to do is just to talk. I know it's hard when ur shy, but just start with small talk like "what's ur favorite TV show/video game/movie/band." U two could have a lot in comment an not know about it b/c both of u r too shy to talk. I think guys are always scared to ask a girl something first and us girls like to wait for the guy to make the first movie. So it's like a weird waiting game or something! I think u should make the first move, b/c young guys really don't know what to do, lol (sorry guys)

Yea I totally agree, I dont want to get really serious I just want to know if he likes me back. And it's weird seeing all my other friends have boyfriends when their younger then me, but I don't really care if I don't have one...Lol and my dad would probably have a cow if I did.

 

lol, yea I really do like him a lot. And the thing is he is one of my good friends, and sometimes we joke around and stuff but always with our other friends around. so it's never really just the two of us talking which is hard when I just want to talk to him. Lol I know it's silly, it could be called "The weird waiting dating game!"

Honestly, everything about dating/relationships/being together/getting together is down right weird to the core. We do not know what guys think or what guys think girls think. x-x Everyone girl or guy is different. Some girls like guys to be straight to the point and honest if they like them or not and let them make the first move, but some girls like to make the first move themselves (which is me) and it gets embarrassing but hey! give it a try someday? Never hurts to admit your feelings and be honest to yourself and the person you like. Honestly, JF, you might want to wait, but you are a bit young to have a boyfriend... Right now, young teenage guys' feelings are probably all crazy??? (no offense to guys lol, but I just remember boys being hyper and like all over the place when I was 13, but meh it may be different for other people). Talking to him would be a good thing to do besides being around friends all the time. You gotta let him know you are comfortable talking to him alone and then that barrier of uneasiness will soon fade away. Maybe you two could text some or call each other? But don't bother him too much and text or call him a lot..(I realized some guys hate that but some guys love it) it just depends on the guy, but just take it with patience and make it feel natural and all not like, "OMG! I like you so I am gonna keep talking to you all the time blahblahblah", because having space is important too.

I Think SPace is important to,but also,texiing? NAH! Its useless, talking and core comucation is better. in our generation,we text,and never really talk...your shutting your own self down,now as for BF and GF, right now, I really could care less,personally and form expericne,its better to have frieneds,start off slow,and have fun! you can always go out on a "date" with a person,go to mall with friends,or whoever you liek, talk get to know them....thats what a date is,two peopel geting to know one another, and are in a public place =D

I totally agree with you. I wont be dating until I'm 14 at the least or 15 or 16. probably 16 because of my dad.

I'm just going to be friends with him as I have been for three years now, I'm not going to start dating him..I just want to know if he likes me back.
