Hey I've been on here since October for last year, not that long ago, and already have three warning points. All the times I had defineately meant no harm, but one of the people who runs the website would send me a message saying that I did something wrong and would either send me a warning message, or just lock the thread I started all together.

 

Now I'm not hating on the people who run the website, they were only doing there job, but I feel bad about the fact that I bothered them at all. I was just wondering if there were any veterans on the site that had gotten a lot of warning posts on here? Anyone?

No I don't have a problem with them I just feel bad that I got the warning points in the first place and was just wondering if anyone who's been on this site for a while has also gotten any warning points.

Don't sweat it .You didn't mean to so now that you learned what not to do you 'll be fine. Just relax and enjoy the site and its all good

How did you do it? I asked if they would give me warning points, but they wouldnt so Im gonna have to get mine the hard way. I just know they are normally reluctant to give them out. It would be great if I could know what you did to bug them so I can do the same thing. PM me about it if youre too embarrassed to say it where everyone can see.

No it's ok. Twice was because I double posted, and the Third time I had just finish watching the Season finale of the Legend of Korra, and decided to post a whole discussion on the Legend of Korra, and they locked my thread because there was a thread about the Legend of Korra already. I hadn't thought to search for the thread first, and the thread was pretty old so it wasnt on the first 3 pages that I knew of.

I can't help the double posting thing now though because a lot of the time I post things using my ipod, and recently it won't let me edit my posts on my ipod anymore. although now when I double post it combines it with my previous post, so I guess thats good.

We know you probably didn't mean any harm, but the mods can't just let stuff go every time somebody does something, or the warning system would become pointless. As long as you don't double post and search for threads before you post, you shouldn't have a problem. (:

Warning points are rarely used, I encourage the mods to send our friendly private messages, rather than giving official warnings. This is why some people have points for some things, while others have 0. I suggest you ignore the warning points, they don't matter.
