Okay, so this game, like all other KH games for me, was confusing while I played it, but then made more sense after I thought about it or played through it again(currently in Notre Dame on my critical playthrough). Anyway, these are just some questions I had.

 

- Is Traverse Town split into the first dream world and Sora's dream world? I mean in all the other worlds you could kind of understand that Riku and Sora were never really in the same area at the same time(then in the end you find out why that is), but in Traverse Town they could see each other and the other characters were able to jump from one Traverse Town to another. So, were they already separated by the dreams levels they were in(sorry, don't know how to word that) or were there two Traverse Towns?

 

-Who are the seven lights supposed to be? I just sort of assumed it would be everyone with a keyblade(i.e. Terra, Aqua, Ven, Sora, Riku, Mickey, Kairi) but now Axel has one, so does he count as a guardian of the light now or...?

 

-When Lea and the "reborn" organization members wake up, where are most of them? I mean Isa and Braig are with Xehanort now, but what about all of the others? Are we supposed to assume that they are all part Xehanort at this point?

 

-So, Xehanort now needs a 13th vessel(again). Any ideas on who that might be? What are the chances he gets to Sora and part of KH3 is you playing as Riku(or someone) on a journey to save Sora?

1) I'm nost sure, sorry. I'm a bit confused myself. Maybe it's just Joshua's special powers that let that happen.

2) Terra is split into about 3 of the seekers of darknesses at the moment, so he's a bit busy. The general consensus is; Sora Riku Mickey Aqua Ven Lea Kairi

3) It's because you recomplete at the location you were split. So all of the Org members that weren't there as apprentices in BBS were picked up someplace else, on different unknown worlds. Where ever those worlds are; that's where they've recompleted. No one can say for sure whether they are or are not Norted.

4) I'd have to say that Sora has proven himself easily captured by darkness, I think this has to do with the amount of light in his heart, personally. The greater the light, the bigger the shadow. The only person I can add besides the established MX, Xemnas, Ansem SoD, Braig, Isa, and YMX, is Vanitas. Vanitas will undoubtly be released at the same time Ven becomes whole again, giving MX the 13th vessel he needs. The other six I am clueless about, and Nomura has only stated that A) not all of them there were time traveling and that B )There will be both familiar and new faces.

2. If I remember correctly, LEA (lea, people, LEA) is a backup. After all, Kairi is an inexperienced keyblade weilder, and this will be among her first fights. However, considering how strong Xehanort is, Kairi would need a backup for dark rescues. Lea is that perfect backup. He HAS associated within Xehanort's plan, and knows at least ONE of the vessel's strengths and weaknesses.

 

4. With Ventus waking up in the third game, I assume that perhaps Vanitas will be revived. And with his willingness to be the X-blade, I belive that he may be the thirteenth vessel.

However, if this is not correct, he may wipe Lea off the board, considering that he's a big part of the light side's plan. If they come to last resorts, they could try to get one of the other past orginization members, like Marluxia, on their side once more.

They've played it, they're just confused and worded the last question oddly. I'm sure OP didn't mean Sora gets caught in this game, but that perhaps in KHIII there is the potential that he IS caught and succumbs to darkness, and we'd have to rescue them then.

 

Also while typing that an awesome thought came to mind of Sora slowly emerging from some dark corridor, looking exactly like Vanitas. That'd be epic.

1. Before they entered the realm of sleep Riku saw Ansem SOD and unintentionally dropped into to Sora's dreams. So throughout the entire story Riku was inside of Sora's dreams acting as his dream eater.

 

2.We don't know who the seven lights are because they are variables in the X-blade equation. Master Xehanort stated that the seven lights were chosen naturally meaning that if one falls the world's will replace it which is why he had no qualms using Terra a confirmed light as a darkness. In other words none of the light are set in stone.

 

3.When a person is revived they do so in the world in which they intially fell to darkness. Lea,Isa and the rest of the apprentices were all at Radiant Garden when they fell to darkness, the other organization members however were not. The question now is are the members of the old Organization 13 that were not shown when the others woke up are part of the new Organization 13.

4. Master Xehanort is the master of back up plans it would be fairly simple for him to pull another version of himself form the past. In fact I wouldn't be suprised if he had two or three back ups already in place.

Shiki and her game partner had different time left, so did Beat and Rhyme. "Ergo, they are not parallel worlds." Riku thinks there is a past and a future, but that means time would be the same. Joshua states that it's like two people dreaming of the same world. Riku guesses that's it's a dream. Riku didn't dream it, he was inside of it. I didn't finish the game so I have no idea who the second dreamer is. BUT, Joshua states that everyone is a dreamer, so why was Riku inside of it? He did say that he had a friend who said he didn't dream, but had powerful ones. He also said Riku was like him.
