~The Path Towards Dawn~

~14 Months Ago~

Lulu Stellis slammed open her room in her Master’s Castle. She ran in grabbing everything she could as she wiped her tears away. She wouldn’t come back anymore……everything has changed…..all thanks to them. Lulu stuffed everything in a grey sack. She grabbed her golden pocket watch, stared at it and slowly kissed the lid. It was all she had left of her dear sister……the one THEY KILLED. They ‘The Keys’…….and to think she wanted to be one of them……no she failed and she was glad.

 

“Lulu.” The teen turned around to see her Master in the doorway. He looked at the red eyed teen and softened his eyes, “Your leaving aren’t you?”

 

Lulu simply turned around her piece of hair that hung over her forehead blocking her tear-swelled eyes. She put the pocket watch in the sack, “You knew didn’t you…..”

 

Her Master sighed, “Yes I did….”

 

“Why didn’t you tell me…..”

 

“Cause then…..your heart would have been swelled by darkness.”

 

“Like hell it ain’t right now!” She yelled at her Master the first time ever. She grabbed the sack and walked past her Master, “Master Koshi, arigato.”

 

With that the girl left full of hatred, revenge, and worst of all darkness.

 

~Today~

Lulu walked around LightShine City. The busy crowd of people walking around the square as the large flat screen TV’s showed daily advertisement. Lulu walked to the golden statue that was near the square. The golden satue of the Biggest Hero. Sora. The Hero wielding the Keyblade. He use to be in charge of the City till one day he disappeared. Ever since then the group known as ‘The Key’s’ formed while Sora’s friends, Master Riku and Lady Kairi, Master Ventus, and Master Aqua look for him. Now the Key’s rule the City…..

 

Lulu grabbed her cam recorder and started recording the bright statue smiling at her. Lulu smiled back till a loud beep came.

Everyone in the square turned around to look at the flat screen TV’s. A person wearing a golden jacket appeared, “Hello everyone, this is the fellow Key’s. We would just like to say that because of a new law, your daily produce will be reduced in price. This should make a better living. Remember we The Key’s are here to make you the citizen happy. A world full of light is the best.”

 

“Yeah right, all your doing is tricking them.” Lulu scoffed under her breath for no one to hear.

 

She started to walk away. It’s not right. What their doing….but how am I to stop them. She walked towards the LightShine bank.

 

She had to go make a deposit for her small apartment her old Master provided her. If only a sign of how could happen…..

"Xehanort! I need help. What do you NOT understand about that sentence?!" Three keys all after her as she summoned Quick Melody ready to start fighting them as she wondered where her partner vanished on her yet again. "Xeha-!?" She blinked one second and all three of the Keys where sinking in Darkness unable to get lose of it as it dragged them down into the ground.

"Whoa whoa! Calm down! Goofy is my dad, I'm his son, Max Goof. Your in a hospital because you went unconscious for some reason. I'm King Mickey's apprentice, and he sent me here to tell you you have his support. And I think I better stay here until I help you guys out, it wouldn't be right for me to leave the first world I've come to in turmoil." He smiled.

Lulu stared at the kinda strange looking kid named Max...... "Your Goofy's son....and Mickey's apprentice....and he has my support? What are yo-"

 

Wait....Master Koshi.....he must of told King Mickey about what I wanted......That bastard.....he probably got himself killed for doing that.....

 

Lulu could feel tears rise up in her eyes but she didn't want the guys in the room to know so she slowly walked back to the Hospital bed and laid where her back was facing them. Clenching the pocket watch while letting a few tears slide.

 

That's it.....I lost all my family.....

Joe heard the door to the room open and he left Claire behind to go check on lulu, She was up with Zero a.k.a Wings, max and Owen who had his keyblade out lulu's head was down "everything OK?" Joe asked Lulu

I stroked her hair trying to comfort her from the crying and held my sketch book up, "She's fine."

 

I looked around and in the next room where a pair of clothes Lulu's clothes I brought them over to Lulu and placed them right next to her...

Nara once again felt pain in his heart but this time it was cameing from a hospital has Nara tried to get their by foot due to the hurt getting stronger in his heart, Nara could see the hospital in sight but just as Nara tried to get any closer one of the KEY members appeared in front of him from some kind of light portal. Just then Nara had a flashback but Nara only sore same images of some sort of keyblade, a monster and a hooded KEY member.

 

Nara was so confused so he shouted at the KEY member before him "DO YOU HAVE SAMETHING TO DO WITH MY PAST" Nara said in rage. The KEY member said nothing and then the his keyblade appeared in his hand, then he attacked Nara, Nara tried to defend himself but hand no real weapon, so Nara was beaten down to the ground and as Nara looked at the KEY member about to deal the final blow, Nara yelled out and all of a sudden a swarm of strange creatures appeared and attacked the member of the KEYs.

 

But the member avoided the attack and vanished into another light portal and got away.

"Guys we should probably give lulu some privacy to change or what ever she needs to do".Joe said smiling at lulu as he lead Zero,Max,and Owen out of her room.

Some guy that came in and pushed Zero, Max, and the guy she threw a apple at out. "I'll have to thank him later.....if I ever know his name....." Then it hit her. First there was a women who reminded her of her sister. Then there was zero with wings? Then came that guy. Then.....well she wasn't really sure what she saw last before she fainted.The Person reminded me of Xehanort......but that's surely not right. Lulu didn't even care right now. She began undressing the strange Hospital gown to her normal clothes mumbling a song that she enjoyed, "Simple and Clean is the way that your making me feel tonight...."

 

Could I maybe use these people to obtain my goal?......

Max thought about his experience so far in this new world he's been to. He knew he had to expect a difference in another world compared to his own, but seeing everyone's bad emotions was almost overwhelming to him. Sure where he comes from people get sad, but this...

"I don't what what you've been through," Max began. "But I know that until things are made right, I'm not gonna leave you guys. I'm sure King Mickey will understand..."

She knew one of them would react that way. Claire only looked away when Joe confronted her, ashamed of what she ahd done with The Keys. Honestly, she didn't know who this boy was or where he came from, but the odds were good that he was another victim of her crimes. He had left her to enter the room with that girl, draging all of them out moments later. Apparently, she was changing. She smiled at Max's words. A good, true smile. "Then I'm afraid you may never leave." She joked, but her tone was still mired in Joe's accusations. Would she be like this the rest of the day?

 

Claire knocked on the door to the room. "Lulu." She spoke through the door, trying to keep her voice down but still wanting to be heard. There were other patients in this wing, too. "We need to talk about what happened. There are... some things that need to be worked out."

"He will. My master told me Mickey helped him conquer the darkness inside his heart while they were in some castle with 13 floors. He always told me after I finished controlling the darkness in my heart. Riku always said 'If your heart's strong enough, you'll conquer all of what's in it.'"After that A flash of light appeared. We all was shocked. It was the Keyblader who defeated Xehanort, Sora.

Lulu finished getting dressed and was proud about it. She had no clue why though.....maybe it was because she was soo sad and she quit crying that her mood changed "OK! Now time to get the mail!" She smiled till she realized that she wasn't at her house, "Oh....right. No mail.....but I have a strange feeling that I got a letter from someone and that if I don't get it soon something strange will happen...." She shook her head, "Nah!" She put the pocket watch in her pocket then ran over to the pile of stuff that was in the corner from all her digging trying to find the watch. Lulu grabbed a peice of blank paper she found and folded it to a plane. The teen then headed towards the window and opened it, "I always wanted to do this....So I might as well since I guess I am a murder....." Lulu shivered at the name but then She threw the plane and watched it glide to the troubling City.

 

That's when the door knocked. She sighed, "Come in." I guess my life is really about to change....

Meanwhile near the hospital Nara stood up off the ground feeling sore from the battle but Nara felt stronger than he did before. Nara looked in front of him to see the strange creatures that appeared to help him and found out he can control these creatures as long as hes heart is stronger.

 

But just then he can see a strange light coming from the hospital and as Nara tried to run to the hospital Nara feltpain in his heart again but it wasn't as painful as before, but the creatures Nara had summoned vanished. Nara started to run to the hospital in hast to find out what that light was.

"Your my Master's Best Friend." Owen says. He thinks about all the stories his master told him about Sora. How they defeated Xemnas and how Sora defeated Xehanort's Heartless. "Sure am! We defeated lots of bad guys together. In the end we always won for the better!" I asked, "Sora, are you part of the key?" "What's that?" he replies. We all sigh of relief.

Claire opened the door slowly, finding Lulu near the window. "I'm glad to see that you're up and moving." She grabbed one of the chairs nearby, sitting while motioning for Lulu to take a seat as well. "My name is Claire Day. I'm the CEO of Day Industries... and a former member of The Keys." She was afraid of another reaction like Joe's, so she moved on. "After what you just did, they'll turn this city upside-down to find you." She drummed her fingers on the chair's armrest, uneasy about the feelings that were welling up inside of her. She took a deep breath, letting it out smoothly. "It seems... that we're in the same boat, Lulu. I think we can help each other out."

Who has the time for the explanation? I'll just wait for Lulu to come out. She'll kno- Wait, I get it now! I know where all the key will be gathering! I burst through the door telling Lulu the plan.

"Ok, that's cool, I'll just wait here I guess." Max muttered after everyone had left him. "Oh what am I saying?" He followed everyone into the room.

"So Sora why did you take off all of the sudden and leave everyone worrying about you?"Joe asked "You know you still have response-abilities even when were at peace what about lady Kairi.Joe said but he knew it had to have been important if he left her and his friends.

I stood there trying to figure out what was the thing I senced in the room yet I felt as if he or she was getting closer to our location. But all I could do was wait, yet I still don't know how to explain the wings that as the first time anyone saw my wings even Lulu....

~6 Years and 4 Months ago~

 

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Master Koshi asked the 10 year old.

 

"Yes! I'm going to be just like Onee-Chan!" Lulu replied holding a wooden sword. Apprentice's would began with a sword then get a practice keyblade as time progresses.

 

"Alright, but first.....would you like some black olives?" He held out a tray of her favorite food.

 

"Would I!" She quickly ran to the tray and ate two of them. But then......she didn't feel good..... "Uggg...what are in those..."

 

"Lesson 1 never trust anyone. You have to read them, know them, describe their personality. Then you may trust them. I poisoned the black olives and you already trusted me. Do you understand?"

 

"Yes, Mr. Koshi...ugg...."

 

~Today~

 

Lulu's tummy growled, "Man I'm hungry..." A women came in. The women who she saw before she fainted. She sat in a chair and completely described herself. She even said she use to be one of the 'Key's' however she looked fumbled when saying so. I wounder if she knew Onee-Chan. The women looked at her and said, "It seems... that we're in the same boat, Lulu. I think we can help each other out." She still looked fumbled.

 

Lulu bit the inside of her cheek while trying to smile, "Oh really...."

 

That's when the door burst open with the guy she threw a apple at talking about some kind of plan. Max followed behind him. Lulu looked at them dumbfounded then grew annoyed. She was too tired and hungry to do some kind of plan right now. She just wanted to think. The teen walked towards them and began pushing them back out to the hallway where Zero and the other guy was. "Look can y-" That's when she felt something strange.....almost like a ghost was there.....Sora? Lulu shook her head and looked around to make sure there was no one there except for the guys and she was right. The teen looked at the four guys and sighed, "Look I'm tired right now but can you guys do me a favor? Can you all go to the Cafe in town and get me some food. Hospital food sucks and I'm kinda hungry. And I can't really go outside......Oh and you look around and see if there's any 'Key's' trying to hunt me down and if so can you handle them or something? Thank you and see you in a few hours." She then turned to Zero and gave him the 'I know you the best out of anyone here so I'm leaving you in charge.' Lulu then went to her room and locked the door with Clarie still inside.

 

Lulu walked towards the bed and flopped down letting out a sigh. She then glanced at Clarie, "So....if your thinking what I'm thinking....which is most likely destroying the 'Key's' I would like to know one thing. Why did you let me live?"

I looked at her and gave her the 'Ok you can count on me' look and I started walking to the elevator not minding if the others would follow me or not. As I walked out the thing a senced was very close I looked around and saw a guy with ash blonde hair and dark blue eyes, he was the one I senced in the room after we left. But as I read his mind 'going to see the light..!!!' He was going to where Lulu was.....but the others where there so I didn't worry to much I'd just hurry.

 

I went to the cafe close to the hospital, The Star Seeker Cafe. I walked in as I held up my sign to the worker, "One cheese burger, size S fries and a size M Pepsi, oh can you add black olives?" "Sure no problem that will just add a little bit to your bill is that ok?" "That's fine." I wrote. "That will be 1000 munny." I handed her the exact amount of munny and returned to the hospital. I knocked on the door and riped on of my pages and wrote, "Hey I got you a cheese burger with black olives, fries and a Pepsi." And slid it under the door hoping she noticed.

As Joe waited he thought of the day the key came to his world

 

~2 years ago~

Joe had never felt better it had been the greatest date yet with Beth as he headed home to start the tractor up he thought of how he Joe carver had gotten a girl like Beth to fall for him but then he noticed the house burning he ran hoping it wasn't to late....... he got to the house just to see his family get shot with the arrows and see the darkness taken from their body's "Stop!"He shouted but it was to late the key had killed them and he was next but as he heard the guns fire he fell his hand grip something he slashed the arrows. Then Key got together and started talking So Joe ran he remembered hearing them say "...But we need another since she left....".

 

~Today~

'so Claire didn't help them kill my family and destroy my world.'Joe thought.

Lulu saw a note and food near the door. She grabbed the food but gagged at the cheeseburger. Lulu read the note and wrote back, "K, you BRING THE OTHER GUYS TOO and go to the city. Go back to the cafe and Check and see what's going on in the city.....Ps. Can u sense a ghost.....?" She slid the note and cheeseburger back to him while waiting for Clarie to answer

Now that she told me a ghost? Those are hard to sence so I used my head phones for this and senced the area and sure enough there was something like a ghost. I looked closely and saw that it looked similar to Sora, I then wrote on another sheet of paper. "Yeah I sence it does it look like Sora? And do I have too take them? You know I like being alone."

Lulu read the note and gulped when he said yes. She didn't like to admit it but she was terrified of all those Halloween stories.Grr what ever! heh heh.... She wrote back, Well Ok......and yes you have to take them. I'm busy. Don't make me use my death glare." Lulu Stellis was known for her death glare and it was actually scary. It helped her a lot in the past which she was proud of. She passed the note back.
