tutti frutti. Mostly because I have found myself doing this with just about all of the series and games that I play, I often let my imagination go to work when it pertains to the story of video games. How do you go about viewing the story around games that you play? Such as Mario and Peach being a couple, Sephiroth being the godly villain that he is. How do you go about the story that isn't elaborated in the game?

Kind of both. I like knowing how storylines really go, but that doesn't stop me from fantasizing on how things could be/ could have been.

I'm like this to an extant as well. with some games, I just love them as they are, Final fantasy VI. With other games, I hate certain things about them; FFVIII Squall would so not have fallen for Rinoa that easily I blieve she used her sorceress powers to bewitch him and control him.

Some games I can't really imagine it being anything other than what it is, like Mario. I don't see a lot of room for interpretation.

I am like this too. Imagining what could of happened is always fun.

Though, it really does depend more on the game in question. I wouldn't be mad if a game really has no cannon happenings after it ends (ie. Tales of the Abyss), as that means I can project my perfect ending on to it. Plus, speculation with other people is always fun.

i usually imagine about the story and whats to happen next in it. but i also use the facts that ik of the game so far in order to actually predict what might happen in the game.

Speculation before the game releases, but in the end, I want answers. Because I don't want a series to end and I'm still left wondering wtf happend. òωó

I choose Kingdom Hearts style.

It all depends on the series. I don't go around throwing characters into couples or anything (Unless they really need to be together. I'm looking at you, Mitsuru and Akihiko...), but I'm not afraid to throw in my own little dash of imaginings. I mean, what good would a series be if they didn't leave some things up for interpretation or flat-out imagination?

Of course I like to speculate lot. When I play game I still sometimes just stop playing and try to think what is gonna happen next.

After I finish game I usually start to think those "what if" scenarios
