Well, I've ran in high heel boots before and it's not that hard. It all depends on the size of the heel. Like, if it's pretty chunky (like Xion's), it's easy to run in. Little skinny heels are EXTREAMLY hard to run in b/c there's no balance! I've done both, so trust me, I'm experience in heels, lolXD

Well I think we already have the answer for Xion matter now, somebody told me that as a girl, it's a MUST to do whatever you can do in sneakers, in high heels.
