So at the end of Sora's scenario we learn that the Recusant's Sigil was used by YMX to track Sora in order to make him fall to darkness so he can become the 13th vessel.

All indications in bbs suggest Lea and Isa were poking around during the time the apprentices were doing the experiments. Also factor in that both Isa and Lea were planning to overthrow the Organization shows they did not agree with their plans but were forced to carry them out until they could implement the takeover.

I think Isa was forced . In the BBS credits we do see what they were 'getting ready to do " .They got caught sneaking into the castle and were thrown out by Dilan and Aleaus..Maybe they tried sneaking in again and were forced into being experimented on by the already fallen apprentices. This would explain why Lea revived with the cloak on .The apprentices prolly put it on him beforehand knowing he would need it as a nobody .They did join the organization after the apprentices did and they also joined together .. They later had a plan to overthrow the Organization together bc they believed Xemnas was hiding something ( he was ) and didnt think they were really gonna get their hearts back .. At least that was the plan until their friendship went awry .. Based on this Im sure they both were forced if you ask me

Agreed. I'm thinking their friendship might've went away once Saix began to become a vessel. He may have been only part Xehanort during and Days and KH2 and then became more complete by DDD. Yes I agree that the more "norted" Saix got, the more he changed ( Like Axel said he had changed ) and it destroyed their friendship in the end. At this point, in DDD, Saix looks like hes completely controlled.

Thats what i thought as well. I mean.. Saix was xehanortified yet still wanted to overthrow the org with axel, but the plan slowly faded away since he became <<more>> xehanoftified with time. Thats why maybe xehanort made the others nobodies.. he tried to -nortify them, failed though, so he decided to trick them. But this <<bad memory>> of xehanort tryin to take control of them, affected them and made them suffer from chronic villainy

We only saw Isa that one brief moment . In the latest interviews Nomura stated MX can transfer his consciousness to his other 'selves ' like he did when he took over YMX to fight Riku . When Xigbar asks the 'old coot ' to do something about Lea, MX smiles and Saix/Isa leaps to attack . I think MX was literally in control of Isa at that very moment which is why he seems literally not himself .

Well we don't know how much the Nort has grown in Isa. Also the only time we interact with him in DDD Mx had transfered his consciousness to him.

see, he did it after Braig got an eyepatch.

When Isa attacked Lea I expected him to say something, but his silence made him seem like a puppet, lacking emotions of his own...perhaps the reason is because Saïx was much less loyal than he let on and Xehanort knew this this tightening his new vessel's freewill compared to the rest who are more loyal to the cause.

All signs seem to show that Isa was being controlled by MX.

Looks like Lea will have to battle Isa and hopefully break him free from being MX's lapdog.
