    Crohns is auto-immune and I suffer from a severe case of it ( not everyone has the same severity as me .) I bleed internally to the point I lose too much blood too fast and my body cant make enough to replace the blood loss. I do take care of myself the best way I know how, but there isnt a cure for now so I just learned to deal the best ways I can over time.
