so, if any of u have gone to see the hunger games in theater did you have any unique experiances? like i heard one person who went on opening night the audience started cheering when some of the career tributes were killed. did anyone else have a unique experiance when u went and saw it?

I experienced boredom.

A moment of silence was held for Rue when I went to see it.

It was the last movie I saw with my ex before we broke up. Thats about as unique as it gets. I still think there wasnt enough dead kids in it. Big let down.

You're SUPPOSED to be, but it wasn't. It was like they were watching a real hunger games.

I had a drinking game with my friend. Every time Gale appeared when he wasn't in the book we took a shot. Every time Gale was mentioned only in the movie we took two.

We had a big debate on whether Katniss was wearing tights or not the night before she went to the games, when she was talking to Peeta about how the Capitol doesn't own them, or whatever.

 

We also sighed in relief (as loud as we could) when the camera stopped shaking. It didn't happen often...

The guy next to me kept telling his wife what was about to happen. The worst part was when they were announcing the training scores and when Rue died. The guy might as well have been telling us what they got in training, he was so loud. And when Rue died, his wife was crying buckets, and he was trying to calm her down for like 5 mins after Rue died. I think I just need to be more tolerant
