-Prologue-

 

The Old Composer, Joshua, gave the last watch to the players of the week before, “You will need these to keep in contact. They are designed to look like watches but are a lot more. You’ll easily get lost in this world so look out. I will be here and this is where you’ll report back at the end of the day. Oh and one last thing…” The players gave him a rather questionable look. “There will be one more person to your team.” Joshua looked at the blue door.

The door was pulled back to reveal a teen with somewhat messy black hair, he also wore a watch. Joshua pointed at him, “This is Takayama Akoi. He is my apprentice and will be helping you…or will try.” Akoi looked at the players and glared at him. Joshua looked at all of them, “Well I wish you good luck…”

“Try to survive…”

 

-Day 1-

 

I woke up to see all the other players asleep. Sigh…it’s expected. A little tug bothered my hand. I looked to see a green flame like clock with the numbers 3:00. Well that was expected too. The time started to count down as I looked at the other players. That’s when my cell phone rang. I flipped open the phone to read the READ ME message…

 

“Go towards Cirrcuke Ave. Defeat 100 noise. Go!”

- Grims

 

Heh, simple enough well…..for me. I cancelled the massage and began to data this right away. Yes, I keep tract of every moment in my phone. Best way to discover and complete….

 

“Day 1, Mission to go to Cirrckue Ave. Defeat 100 noise. Players still asleep.”

 

I put my phone back in my belt and get up.

Time for real…

I slowly woke up. I looked around for a second... the sadness inside me.... somehow another part of me were gone yesterday....

You must survive. Ok?

Tetsu´s last words.....they reached me at that moment....  I lost my past.... maybe I never had a past... but, I want to create a better future...a  future for all of us....

Then I looked at Tetsu´s blue orb and Akane´s purple ord.... You are gonna be together again... as long as I live.

that´s when I looked again ...  Sayo are your there? I asked 

I turned around and looked down at Auron. "Ya, I'm here. Are you okay? Tell me the truth." I said a bit sadly. Just looking at Auron, I knew something was wrong. Auron was usually happy and didn't seem depressed. When Tetsu died, there was a change, and when Akane died yesterday, that change grew worse.

~Isaac (Shadow)~

I appeared in Isaac's mind-- in front of Oron-- as Isaac. "Remember? I AM Isaac. I am the parallel of Isaac." I said. Every single trait of physical appearance was exact with Isaac's, as the personality was completely opposite. "So then...who'll take over the physical body? Clearly I'm more familiarized with how to work this body, I have one just like it."

Bronshu:  After a few minutes of running, I finally made it.  I went to the place Diasor described and saw him sitting in a metal throne surrounded by the statues in his last message.  I walk forward, stopped ten feet in front of him and said:  "Well, I'm here Diasor.  Now what is it you want to tell me?"

 

Diasor:  Smirking crazily with my left hand up to my face, I say:  "Oh, what I have to say will completely blow your mind!"  I moved around my throne to make myself feel more comfotable.  When I finally felt good, I said:  "I have information that is very interesting to you.  Information that concerns your ... sister."

 

Bronshu:  My eyes bolted opened with shock and my mouth dropped.  I then put on an enraged facial expression and angrily asked:  "What and how do you know about Momo?!"

 

Diasor:  Amused, I replied:  "Hang on a minute.  Before I tell you anymore..."  I pressed a button on my throne that split two close large buildings in halves.  Out of them 1 Mecha-Noise each:  a black metal giant with yellow power-lines, wielding a sword and shield; and a white Orca whale with green power lines and 20 cannons.  I then finished saying:  "You must defeat the yellow giant Dia-Crusher and the green whale Dia-Killer before getting to me!  This should be more than enough to make up for the past two days!"

 

Bronshu:  "Hold on.  What about the other 398 monsters?"

 

Diasor:  "Oh yes.  They should be charging towards the other players as we speak."

 

Bronshu:  "What?!"

 

Diasor:  "Enough talk!  Let the final entertainment begin!!"  My two creations started to march towards Bronshu.

 

Dia-Crusher:  50,000 HP.  Dia-Killer:  30,000 HP.

Oron- I growled at Isaac's shadow then tossed my sword to the ground. "Alright then, amuse me. Let's determine this with hand to hand combat, no weapons or magic involved. Know this too boy, I've taken over more bodies over the years than you can count." I ripped off my cloak and tossed it aside, landing on top of my sword. "Do you accept these conditions?" I asked.

~Isaac (Shadow)~

With Oron's extra darkness in the fray this fight wouldn't matter. I began slowly and unnoticeably absorbing Oron's darkness, consuming and increasing mine. I was ALREADY taking Isaac's body! Just one step at a time. "So you're asking a hand-to-hand battle from a shadow in the form of an eleven year old? You really have no mercy. And I'll comply to these battle terms." I lied. I already told him I was Isaac's parallel, complying to things that'd put me at a disadvantage is not something I'd do.

Oron- I nodded then kicked my sword and cloak off to the side, so that he couldn't just grab the sword if he was losing. "Very well. Darkness slaughtering darkness for the possession of the light. Isn't that ironic?" I said then started laughing out loud. I stopped laughing, then cleared my throat, getting serious again. "Let's go." I thrust one arm out in front of me and one to my side, the latter being the offensive arm and the one in front my defensive. Thousands of years in the world obviously gave you time to develop your skills, and my fighting style was no exception. I slowly moved toward him then ducked low towards the ground and using my hing leg, I spun around and swept him off his feet. 

~Isaac (Shadow)~

I dodged each and every one of Oron's hits. This body was weaker than his but much more agile. As he swept me I intentionally spun myself, then landing on my feet. I ran in for a direct punch to Oron then used my shadow and implaed him without a second thought.

Oron-I gazed down at the gaping whole in my chest, then look at the shadow in his eyes. A sinister smile crept into my face, and I started giggling. "You really think I will die from that? No chance!" No blood poured out of the wound, since I only existed in Isaac's mind. I wasn't a physical being, I was more of a spiritual one, almost like a god. I found that thought reminding me of my previous encounters and goals, but oh had I learned so much from those. Focusing back on the fight, I grabbed Isaac's arm, still inside my body, and snapped his arm so that the part on the front of my chest bent sideways while the part going through my back remained straight. I could hear the bones in his arm crack as I pulled it out of my wound, which was quickly healed by the darkness of the shadow. "I am darkness, more so than you if you consider my past deeds, and your aura only simply fuels my power."

~Isaac (Shadow)~

"Do you know, Oron? Isaac is already half consumed by me..." I scoffed. I then looked into his eyes with my own. They were sadistic, and like the eyes of Selim's shadow. As soon as he looked into it my mental body grew pitch black and dark, but still in Isaac's body form. All lit up was the violet eyes. "How does one kill but a shadow?" I asked as the formation grew everywhere. I was like Selim's shadow now, but.right now I didn't need a body to control it! Only a mind...Isaac's mind!

I pulled my attention away from Auron for a second, looking down at the sleeping Isaac, who was restless. "Isaac. Isaac, wake up." I said, shaking him a bit, then looking up at Auron. I gave up easily and sat beside Auron. "The mission hasn't been assigned yet..." I said, cheaking my phone once more...

~Isaac (Shadow)~

Yes, I have finally taken over Isaac's body! With Oron fighting me mentally he had a slim chance of removing me from control, but for now let's see how THIS goes. I woke up with Isaac's body slowly and drowsily. Sayo was trying to wake me up a bit. Yes...now's the perfect time to watch some events roll out. Every part of me was like Isaac except the eyes, they were a dark violet. Noticeable but if seen it doesn't screw up what chaos I want to cause. "Noro told you about me inside Isaac, right Sayo? Heheh, Isaac spared you a bit more detail didn't he...? Not that but you never knew..." I said bluntly, straight to Sayo. "He's also been hiding Oron inside him, even when he was fully conscious of it."

"Isaac, don't talk about Noro...what is wrong with you? Isaac, snap out of it. This isn't you!" I yelled at Isaac, remembering exactly what Noro said about the shadow.

~Isaac~

"Come on, Sayo..." I said as the shadow part of me began taking form. "...Aren't you GLAD I'm controlling him? Or at least instead of Oron." I said, with a grin. "Although if Isaac hadn't taken Oron in my darkness wouldn't be enough to overcome Isaac's light. I'll have to thank him for THAT." I glared at Sayo with my violet, shadowy eyes. "If Oron wasn't inside him, I wouldn't be here right now! What are you going to do about that...?"

"I can't kill Isaac...I can't....I don't know what to do! I didn't want you to consume his body...but it was my fault....wasn't it? I killed Oron....then Noro....then Akane....Isaac let you take over him because of my actions. You know when I made the list of the people I wanted to kill? Erase that list and allow room for one name! That name would be my name! I've tried commiting suicide 3 times this entire game! I want to die! But at the same time I don't want to because of the friends I've made here!" I yelled, pointing at Auron, breaking my rule of not showing my emotions and acctually started crying because of this. All what I just said was true...

~Isaac~

"Ugh, you're less fun than I anticipated. And what will pointing a blade at Auron do? Are you going to take out your anger and kill him? I'm sure there won't be very much hesitation in doing that. Now then...let's see what feelings and emotions Isaac's mind tried to bottle up!" I said as I looked into Isaac's mind. "Of everything you've done Sayo, I can see why most of these conflicting emotions are based on your actions. After all you even let Isaac's mind create me. Isaac...he is full of grief-- that no matter what he couldn't save anyone who died-- not his enemy, not his friend, not his uncle and not his other enemy. He is happy that of all people so far-- you are the one still living with him. He is angry that you can kill without hesitation-- without a second thought. He feels useless to be able to win nearly every battle, but never able to end it. He is jealous of your strength to go on after hardships. He feels alone with you as all left of his family. He feels hated with all of his enemies. He feels curious as to how his dead parents were like and wishes to remember. And of course, with Oron inside of him-- you terrify him Sayo. What else will he feel...if he awakens with his cousin and friends dead and his hands stained with blood..?" I asked and tried to make Sayo feel even more guilty. With my shadow now formed, I began to enlargen it and reveal its teeth and eyes.

I-- the light side of Isaac-- ended up mentally near my shadow and Oron. I was able to see Oron but the shadow blocked most of me from Oron. The shadow was exact with my light. All I needed was for Oron to get past my darkness and reach my light. All I need is a little bit-- whatever light Oron has within him is all I'd need. But if Oron were to try and betray me it'd be another fight over my body. Through what mind I could control I was able to hear Sayo but couldn't do anything about it. (Sayo...please...don't do that. Don't try anything crazy.)

Oron- I started punching the shadow but my hits went through it, every single time my attacks missing. "GOD DAMMIT!" I screamed. I picked up my sword and broke my rule, but the shadow had done that by using his magic to take over Isaac. I swung the sword through the shadow, but again it did no damage whatsoever. Suddenly, I noticed another Isaac over in the distance, but out of my reach. Damn, I was stuck. What could I do? How do you fight a shadow? The only one who can take away a shadow is the one that is casting it. Or in this case, the good Isaac. I could hear the shadow and Sayo's conversation on the outside, and he revealed my presence to Sayo and blew my cover. Well, it looked like Isaac might as well get ready to have his head chopped off, because if he's fighting Sayo, then she'll win... unless he had help. "Alright you nuisance, I have an agreement I want to make with you. Let me control part of Isaac, just the magic, and I'll help you fight Sayo. Otherwise you'll just die," I said bluntly. I hope the good Isaac didn't hear that. 

"Shut up! I would never kill Auron, he still trust me and promised to watch me. Right Auron?" I turned around and looked at him for a second, tears still streaming down my face. "So maybe if I weaken your body, Isaac could come back!" I said aloud with an insane smile. "So let me have my fun and I know even though you were created by Isaac's fears of me, you still can't tell me who I am." I said, grabbing up my blade and pointing it at Isaac. "I no longer fear killing....my wish will no longer come true....I merely live in order to protect....so that I can stay true to myself." I stated, kicking Isaac back, walking over and stepping on him. "Lets see how good you can really fight..." I said with a slight smile as my eyes tinted black again....

~Isaac~

(What's Oron doing..?) The light side of Isaac thought as the dark side heard Oron. "Damn it Oron, I don't need help. I can control Isaac on my own!" I yelled at him mentally as I physically prepared to attack Sayo. "Fine then Sayo. But you should know Isaac's sense of mercy is the exact opposite of me, I'll kill you without hesitation, and this body is a perfect killing MACHINE!!" I exclaimed as I shot out pillars of earth to Sayo then fired streams and blasts of fire and lightning.

I took some of the attacks, also dodging some as well, still standing in front of Auron. "Well so is a part of me, do you really want me to unleash that side?" I asked, swinging my blade at Isaac.

Techno split from me again and told me. "You're friends..."

"!!!!" Techno told me the coordinates and I teleported to the destination. I was in front of Issac and saw Sayo in front of me. Then I saw the blade and closed my eyes....

Oron- "Dammit it isn't going down this way you little prick!" I shouted, continuing to slash my sword at the shadow. After many failed attempts, I looked over at the manifestation of the good Isaac and shouted, "If I can't have this body, no one can!" I sprinted toward Isaac with my sword held high, ready to swing down and kill him. Obviously, if Isaac didn't exist, then he couldn't have a shadow.....
