Sora is chosen by the keyblade because Ven is apart of him (No)

Sora inturn releases Ven's heart and it goes back to Ven (No)

Sora turns back to human form using Kairi's light inside her (I think so)

Some of Sora's memories leaked out resulting in Xion (Yes and No)

Roxas and Xion are formed from Sora making them the same person (No)

No, Ven's heart really does go into Sora. Sora is the one who completes him, not Roxas.

Roxas takes on Ven's form because of Ven's heart within Sora, but he does not take his heart. It hasn't been confirmed that that happens, at least.

Well, Riku was the one who was chosen. So really its, Sora can use the Keyblade because Ven is apart of him. Its not that he was chosen.

I think Xion saw Ven's body in C.O.

In Days, after I think she got back from C.O., she told Roxas something like "he looks exactly like you."

Sora does not look exactly like Roxas, so that's out.
