- Why did Riku wield the Soul Eater when fighting Ursula? why didn't he use the Way to Dawn? and how can he balance between the two and summon any of them?

- Who Summoned Ursula? she said (he) when she first arrived, who is he? and why did he choose Ursula? and is she the real Ursula or just a dream one?

- Why are Sora and Riku with their KH1 form? why didn't Yen Sid change their clothes from Destiny island?

- Since the 7 Sleeping Keyholes are all the six worlds that can be visited plus Destiny island, does that mean that The World That Never Was is not a sleeping world? does that mean that they went to the REAL one?

- Since Traverse Town became awaken from it sleep, it means that there wont be any Dream Eaters on it, does that mean that there is no 4th and 5th districts? are the new places in KH3D only exist in the dream world or are they in the real world too? and if they exist in the real world, what will happen to the Tournament of Dream Eaters and the Mew Wow statue in the 4th District?- Since Traverse Town is awaken from it sleep, it means that gamers wont enter it (TWEWY characters), does that mean that all graffitis gonna disappear?

- In both Sora and Riku, Frollo died with his way, does that mean that there are two Frollos? the same question goes to other worlds.

(Sorry for bad grammar, and sorry for the many questions)

Answer what I can:

- Why did Riku wield the Soul Eater when fighting Ursula? why didn't he use the Way to Dawn? and how can he balance between the two and summon any of them?

He wanted to.  He used that weapon for a good year/2 years in the first few games, it'd be a comfort and something he's used to (I assume)

- Who Summoned Ursula? she said (he) when she first arrived, who is he? and why did he choose Ursula? and is she the real Ursula or just a dream one?

I assume Yen Sid summoned a dream/replica/basically fake version of her. Real ones dead.

- Why are Sora and Riku with their KH1 form? why didn't Yen Sid change their clothes from Destiny island?

They were stripped of their powers and abilities they gained from KH1 to KH3D.  This ensured the test was fair as they both started off clean (in reality, it was an excuse to begin your characters at level 0 in the game and allow you to unlock new abilities and all as you progress, since some people make the arguments with new games "Well I just got -insert command names- learnt in the previous game, why don't I have them in this sequel?)

- Since the 7 Sleeping Keyholes are all the six worlds that can be visited plus Destiny island, does that mean that The World That Never Was is not a sleeping world? does that mean that they went to the REAL one?

Far as I knew Destiny Island didn't count.  7 worlds, 7 keyholes, TT has 2, but only counts as one (I assume)

- Since Traverse Town became awaken from it sleep, it means that there wont be any Dream Eaters on it, does that mean that there is no 4th and 5th districts? are the new places in KH3D only exist in the dream world or are they in the real world too? and if they exist in the real world, what will happen to the Tournament of Dream Eaters and the Mew Wow statue in the 4th District?

The districts would remain the same in the "awake" TT I'd assume, but the end of KH1 showed the worlds that fell into darkness returning to their original form.  TT is made up off split worlds.  I'd assume it's either completely gone as the world's returned, or else quite shattered.

- Since Traverse Town is awaken from it sleep, it means that gamers wont enter it (TWEWY characters), does that mean that all graffitis gonna disappear?

The gamers from TWEWY I assume, entered the dream world for their game.  Logically having complete it, much like Sora and Riku, they returned to the real worlds, and can be ran into again in their own world (as suggested by the conversation in 3D).

- In both Sora and Riku, Frollo died with his way, does that mean that there are two Frollos? the same question goes to other worlds.

No.  There are two versions, of the same dream.  So two versions, of the one Frollo.

This is my opinion based on what I know and have current knowledge off, so if something appears to be incorrect, my bad, don't yap.

1) When he was fighting Ursula it was the past, he didn't have a keyblade throughout KH1, he got the Way to Dawn at the end of CoM, so instead of a keyblade he used soul eater, only at that point in time on the islands.

3) I'm gonna assume its because that's the clothes they were in when the island was being destroyed? Much like the other question its all about timing.

So yea, I can't answer the rest without confusing myself lol :P

1) I don't think Riku was managing to use his Keyblade since the end of KH2. We discussed this is another recent thread, he was having problems with accepting his darkness again. He is surprised the Keyblade comes to him in that moment of need remeber?

2)It's not clear, but i think that Ursula belonged in the Dream world somehow, and someone just managed to bring her there. I guess we can say that one of the Xehanorts, probably YMX, told Ursula Sora was there, and Riku, and she wanted revenge on them

3)Well, Yen Sid wanted Sora and Riku to forget what they knew about the wielding the Keyblade, and start fresh. He must have put them in that form so they could feel more confortable to start all over again. I don't it's very clear in the game, but that's what I think

4)I have no idea of the correct answer.. Sora counts the worlds he's been to, and says he's completed his task, so TWTNW would not a Dream World. But Xigbar (or Braig) says they invited Sora there, what could mean two things: They invited them over to a new dream world (which is doubtful, because Yen Sid seemed to meant there where only Seven Sleeping Keyholes) or it was the real world, and they managed to get them out of the Dream. I'm more in favor of the last theory, that it was reality in fact, but I can't confirm...

5)Nomura said that Traverse Town is a world that changes constantly, because of it's diferent nature (it's something about being made of different worlds, or being in-between) so the districts will remain. The changes made while in the dream, however, are likely to be undone, but the last part cannot be confirmed yet.

6)Same about the Meow Wow thing, i think they're gonna be undone because they were made while in the Dream, but i'm not sure

7)Kinda yes. Because Riku was in Sora's Dream, there were two of every character, but they did similar things and lived similar stories because they were the same person, they had the same idelas. The ones Riku saw were kinda of a copy, because they were a reflection of Sora was seeing.

Just a note: this did not work for TWEWY characters. There were only one of each, and they crossed the difference versions of the dream. There was no "two" for them.

Most of the things I said were just theories, so there's no guarantee they're true. But I did have something's confirmed, and everything I wasn't sure has something like "this is not confirmed" or "I'm not sure" in the sentence. Have this in mind!

4) The State of TWTNW was unclear after KH2, it was a world which lies between the RoL and the RoD. Even in KH3D the state of it is still unclear... So there is no real answer, but to make it a little easier you could say in KH3D TWTNW is a world between the Real Worlds and the Dream Worlds. So it was partly real and partly dream.
