Recently I've been going through some of my old Lego creations (nothing worth showing ), and it reminded me of the older sets that I always wished I could have but never got my hands on. I'm talking about the old school stuff, like the early phases of Bionicle, and that mining set they had a while back with the rock monsters. I always thought the sets in the 1990's and early 2000's were the bomb. I don't remember the name, but there was always this one set where two figures sat in these little bot vehicle. Each one had arms that could punch, and you'd try to hit a button on the other vehicle to knock out the figurine. The figurines weren't the common ones, they were taller and had more mobility. I honestly have no idea what it was called, but I always wanted it. Sadly, I never was able to get my hands on it.
But enough of me. My question for you is: Was there a lego set that you were dying to have when you were younger? Did you ever get it? Is there something you really wish you could have now? (Ok, that's 3 questions, but who's counting? Oh wait...I am....Buttocks )
