I am holding a sig contest. You can only use characters from kingdom hearts series, or final fantasy series. It can be a still picture, or a animation. You will be graded on:

1) Amount of characters. Did you use too many? Did you use too little?

2) Pictures or animation. The better the picture of a character looks, the more points you get. Same goes with animation.

3) Size. Is it too big? Is it too small?

4) Words. You do not have to use words. You can if you want. If you do use words, then use them wisley. As in, did you use too many words? What does it say? Size of text.

That is all you will be graded on. There will be three judges. My self, one other member on the site, and my friend who is not on this site. The winner will get the sig animation or picture published on my 3 kh websites I have made, as well as the picture will be put in my signerature as well as your usename so people can give you credit. You will get rep from me, and the other judge on this site. The judge's name will not be known until after the contest. Have fun!! The contest will be over march 14, 2010.

I'm a little wondered why no one else is coming up for the competition that signed up. The 17th is tommorow everyone. Then again I shouldn't mind...i've never wond an image contest before! (Then again I never won any contest I was in before T_T)

The background doesn't fit to the persons on the front. Also, it doesn't make any sense to put the same person twice into a picture (Also notice that the version of lightning you've used in the middle was an old model, the left one is her actual looking in the game).

I'm not going to comment your work at cutting-out, it's obviously bad; the borders are too visible.

Hope doesn't interact with the picture at all. Nothing actually does.

 

Summing up all these facts it seems you don't have any motive. You simply put anything you'd judge good-looking into the signature and it becomes....mixed up, to put it nice.

 

As for the next time, try to fit the colors of the background to these of the persons. Stick to one motive you want to point out, don't use official game logos (doesn't look good, same goes for the font on the right bottom; but that's just my opinion).

 

AND last but not least: I hate animated graphics. They're annoying ant motive-crushing, a picture/signature loses all its proposition (And again, that's just my opinion).

Sorry I havnt been able to come on latly. My vote goes for... I liked both sigs very much. And I actually liked them equally. Gizelita, one of my favorite picture sigs, and sorage, one of my favorite animation sigs. But one caught my eye especially. And this is only because the type of sig they did. Wether I like picture or animation more will be reveale after this...

In the future, I will probably hold another sig contest, because there were only two this time so it wasn't much fun, but still great to see the two sigs.
