They are demons, and if they steal your light, your immortal soul will cease to exist

 

 

 

Rules:

 

1) You're an angel. If you're going to curse, please keep it to a minimum. I don't know about you, but I really can't imagine beautiful, immortal angels running around shouting the f word.

2) You may only have one character, unless you message me privately to inquire about having a demon as a second character (demons have a secret role in this that I'd rather not reveal to those RP'ing only as angels. I will only accept three demons. To apply to be a demon, you must also be an angel, and agree not to tell any RP'ers only playing angels what the demons are planning.)

3) This will be a high quality RP. I want posts that are at least a paragraph. If you need help thinking of what to post, feel free to ask me, I wouldn't mind helping you brainstorm. A paragraph to me is defined as five complete sentences (more would be even better, but I understand that writing a 50,000 word post is quite unrealistic.)

4) As stated before, I want this to be a high quality RP. I'm sorry, but if your spelling and grammar aren't decent, then I won't accept you even if you meet every other requirement. I'm not going to suffer through reading illegible posts. Now, if you make a mistake here and there, that's fine. We're human and everyone does. But I will not except you if every other word is misspelled, your sentence doesn't make sense, ect.

5) Feel free to throw in some romance. Heck, if there's an angel of love, PM two RP'ers and ask them to get romantic!

For reference, here is my character. (there will obviously be some christianic references in here because we're, well, angels. You don't need to be Christian or know anything about the religion--just know that there's a God and Heaven and Hell for the purposes of the RP.)

 

Name: Celeste

Angel Specialization: Angel of Light

Powers: Control over vision and light (and conversely, taking away light, creating darkness)

Appearance: Celeste has waist-length  golden ringlets with little silver bells entwined throughout her locks. She wears a knee-length golden ballgown with eggshell white accents and golden slippers. She has a heart-shaped face, with piercing crystalline blue eyes and permanently cherry-tinted lips. Her wings are a sparkling white, faintly rainbow-tinted when light hit them.

Bio: Celeste was born of two angels, simply popping into existence in a flash of blinding golden light. When she was brought to God, He granted her the name Celeste, and gave her the title Angel of Light. As Celeste began her immortal existence, she often ventured to Earth. Every morning she brought up the sun, and every night, she took it away. She was the reason light from the sky was associated with the divine--she shone brightened rays of starlight upon Jesus the night He was born. She often disguised herself as a human, because she preferred the company of those who loved life rather than those who never worried of losing it. Celeste and a group of friends eventually started to wonder what Hell was like, and how it differed from their perfect lives in Heaven. They were sure they would not be caught but, of course, they were. Angels were forbidden from entering Hell, and thus Celeste was forever barred from Heaven.

 

Name: Joy

Angel Specialization: Angel of Emotion

Powers: Can greatly influence a person's emotions, and create illusions that would affect emotions

Appearance: Joy has a slender body, and a short stature, accented with long, wavy, shiny blond hair. Her face is small, and relatively thin, with small features to accompany. She wears a short, lacy, blue dress, which matches her equally shocking blue eyes. Her wings are a blinding gold, contrasting with the blue of her dress, but matching the yellow of her hair. 

Bio: Joy was found in a field of clouds, early in the history of humanity. Confused, she found her way to God, who blessed her with the title and powers of the Angel of Emotion. Joy was a happy girl, giving the human below on Earth, happiness equal to her own. She would look down upon the earth, helping the humans be less emotionally confused. Joy was never worried, never conflicted, never sad herself, even though she was the angel of all emotion including those. But eventually, she became worried herself, curious about the everlasting pain of Hell. She wished to know it, so that she may more well-versed in all emotion, not just happiness. But she was caught, and banished to Earth.

Name: Humanitas (Latin term for kindness and humanity)

Angel Specialization: Angel of Peace (Mercy and Forgiveness)

Powers: Able to heal those whom are in pain, internally and externally. Not only for the good, but even the evil.

Appearance: Taking the form of a young child, he rarely reveals his elegant and well-kept white wings. He has shaggy and somewhat messy blonde hair with innocent, light blue eyes. Generally wears white pants and a formal white collared-shirt that hardly got very messy as he wasn't rambunctious at all. He has very soft pale skin and a height fairly short-- even for his appearance as so young.

Bio: Often watching the humans' behavior down on Earth, he would always end up rather sad. Even not being the the Angel of Emotion, all of his observations would make him very emotional-- even crying a bit at the sight of someone killing another. Of course with this world going bad there we still quite a few humans whom would make him happy again for their deeds and helpfulness. Their kindness sparked back life and hope into him. When not observing Earth, he would often explore Heaven, and once finished, had his curiosity pique for Hell. Knowing the depths of it would make him sad as usual, he ignored it. Soon enough, his curiosity overwhelmed emotion, and while nervous to go to Hell, he went anyway, only to be caught and banished from Heaven's gates.

Name: Amadea (am-ah-DAY-ah)

Angel Specialization: Angel of Happiness

Powers: Ability to make anyone happier or give the feeling of relief to others

Appearance: Amadea has curly, short brown hair, that has a length to the back of her neck. She wears a royal green dress that goes down to her knees and is in curvy layers with lace across the skirt of the dress. The dress has rather baggy sleeves that reach to her elbows, and at the edge of the sleeves is a golden spade ingraved. Amadea has a set of white fluffy wings, that really have nothing special about them. Her face is a slim, oval shape with fair skin. Amadea's eyes are hazel and the shape of her eyes give her that permanently sad look, even though she is a happy person. She is a fair height, not to tall yet not to short, and also a bit under weight.

Bio: Amadea is a rather happy person because of the enviroment she grew up in. She was born from two angels, traveling a lot, but had nothing to worry about. Amadea didn't focus on the actions of humans, thus making her a happy person. When she first met God, she was rather shy, but of course accepted well, her name even meaning, 'Love of God'. Amadea then heard about the angels. She became worried for the first time, soon becoming releaved that God wouldn't let the other angels enter Hell. Soon she felt regret for the first time and ran off to hell, not knowing what would have happened. She was caught after one night, banished from Heaven and cast down to Earth. Maybe for the first time, she was sad. But Amadea will regain her happiness fast enough.

Name: Christine

Angel Specialization: Angel of Music

Powers: Ability to mimic any voice and can inspire any piece of music.

Appearance: Christine has a slim figure, is rather tall, has pale-pearl skin, curious, sparkling deep blue eyes, and slightly-wavy blonde hair. She wears a sparkling white dress that floats around her ankles, and a lacy white shawl tied around her shoulders. Her wings are usually carefully folded up against her back, but when they are open, they are a soft white, with a faint glow around them.

Bio: Christine always carried music with her wherever she went. When she walked by, you could hear a faint melody. Being the Angel of Music, she naturally had a heavenly voice and could expertly play any instrument.  She often went down to Earth, to help and inspire those who wanted to create music, and observe the progression of music in the human world. The more involved music became with human's lives, the more freely she was able to travel to Earth. As she spent more time observing humans, the more curious she became. At one point, the center of her curiousity was Hell.  She tried to quench by trying to learn about it as much as she could, but all she could learn was that it was the place where she was forbidden to go. In an act of rebelliousness, she traveled to Hell to be caught and banished from the only place she could call home.

Angel Specialization: Angel of clarity and truth

 

Powers: Has the power to read thoughts (given through parenthesis) and can make people verbally tell the truth to anything she asks about.

 

Appearance: Midnight black short hair, generally wears knee high boots, black jeans, and a leather jacket with a red shirt underneath. Her identity as an angel generally throws off people, as her appearance does not suggest it. Liliana has the appearance of a ten year old, with a 4' 6" height and a small figure, but her maturity is greater than that of a young child.

 

Bio: One of the oldest of angels, Liliana's human form (a form she takes a majority of the time) halted to a stop in terms of aging. With the abilities she obtained early on during her existence, Liliana runs the heavenly court, helping to judge those who are rightfully able to enter heaven. She was convinced that in order to get a better feel of who truly deserved to be sent to hell, she would have to experience it herself. So Liliana traveled with others to the wretched place, and felt the punishment she was dealing out to people. Now that she wasn't allowed to go back, she resides on earth, able to hear the evil thoughts of humans everywhere and hating every bit of her time on earth.

Powers: Has the ability to implant and remove thoughts and memories into her victims, and create illusions at will (unable to cause any actual damage to someone).

 

Appearance: Very young looking, with the appearance of a little girl, and prefers to wear a blue dress. Her long straight blonde hair is accented by a black bow in her hair, and wears flat tops to finish the extravagant look.

 

Bio: While she may look like an angel, her true identity is quite the opposite. With her appearance as a little girl and her manipulative abilities, she serves under the devil as his top spy, and also has the duty of wiping the memory of those who discover the existence of the supernatural.

Angel Specialization): Angel of Flame

 

Powers: Able to create a warming fire from nothing- something  that lifts one's spirits. The fire is never used to harm, though it can, as does all fire.

 

Appearance: A short, young looking angel. His hair is white, spiky. and the tips end in red. Along with glasses, the combination makes him look all the more innocent and young. His white wings are well-kept, and like his hair- the feathers end in red tips. Dagni's clothing consists of a red robe with golden highlights, and red-black gloves.

 

Bio: Adagnitio, or Dagni, was born from two angels- brought into the world in a small jet of fire. Once shown to God, he was given the name of Adagnitio, which is the word for Knowledge in Latin. Always appearing young, he even has the personality- easily frightened, innocent, yet strong. When his mind is in the right set- he is braver, and confident of himself. Knowledgeable of various things -like his namesake-, he felt there was one thing he didn't know- what the fires were like in Hell. Dagni always knew his own fire- something comforting, and good for the soul. But what laid for the darker fires? Dagni wanted to know, and traveled with the others to find out.

Name: Xeimizah (Xei for short)

 

Angel Specialization: Angel of Death

 

Powers: It can take any living thing's lives.For an Angels and Demons,it only make them in a weakened state,not in a merge of death yet.

 

Appearance: Xeimizah takes the appearance of a young man despite being hundreds of years old.He wears Black and tan robes with gold trimmings and an open collar,along with a large,flowing white toga drapped around his main body and across his chest.He has black hair that sticks upwards at the top,dark eyes and he also wear circle-shaped necklace.When enraged his eyes change to a red color,with a black ring around his pupils,giving him a much more menacing appearance.He also have four wings with dark-grey color and have a blue eye in each wing.Xei doesn't have a human form but he appear in front of the Living Thing's in dying state in order to get their souls.

 

Bio: He once a human before he become an Angel.During his time as a human,he has a person he loves,so much.But then,when his lover suddenly died because of Fatal sickness,he mourn her death.He tried to use Black Magic in order to make her alive,but yet none of them succeed.Then,he has no choice but to use his Black Magic to meet Thanatos,the God of Death.He begs the God that he wants her back,but the God of Death agrees,but with one agreement,if Thanatos bring him his lover back,he must become an Angel of Death and carry on his duty to take the Living's Soul and have no chance for meeting her.And so,Xei has become an Angel of Death in order to make her alive.After many years he carry on his duty,he has been impatience since has no chance for meeting her.Then,he decides to meet him without carrying his duty.When he meet her at last,she suddenly died when Xei appear in front of him.Then,he realized it was his power that makes her died again.Then,after Thanatos see all of this.the God decides to sent his beloved to Hell for Ten thousands of years punishment because of Xei's ignorance advice from the God and decides to banish him from the Heaven's Gate and Xei continue his duty at the Earth without return to the Heaven.And so,Xei vows to get his beloved back at Hell somehow.....someday.....

I didn't include the demon sign-up sheet in the introductory post, so you'll just have to use the one that VIIth Angel kindly created for me (it's the second one in their post) 

 

I'm also creating a demon, so in case you guys want to know: 

 

Name: Eve Demon specialization: Demon of Betrayal (get it? Eve + betrayal? 8D Bible reference woot) 

Powers: The ability to influence any being's hatred. She can manipulate their feelings of hatred until they manifest themselves in an act of betrayal. Appearance: Eve's ebony locks fall to her shoulders in bouncy curls. Her jet black wings are accented with the crimson design of a pentagram. Her slim body would be considered pretty if her fingers didn't extend into foot long claws, and her skin wasn't lightly tinted red. She wears deep black slippers, and a watch with a communication device built-in. Bio: Eve was not born of Satan. In fact, she was born an angel. She was named Eve for her beauty and striking resemblance to Adam's wife, and was deemed the Angel of Hope. Of course, like any sentient being, she was curious of the one place she was forbidden from entering: Hell. Alone, she ventured to Hell. Upon exiting, she learned that she had been caught, and would never be allowed to return to Heaven. Eve was furious, and the fallen angel let her hate brew as she aimlessly traversed the Earth. One lonely night, the devil approached her, offering her a position as one of his demons. He explained that she could go wherever she pleased--including Heaven, if she could find a way inside. Eve immediately accepted, and her angelic looks shifted to that of a spiteful demon. Because of her expertise in back-stabbing, Eve was named the Demon of Betrayal.

Name: Amber

Demon Specialization: Demon of Conceit and Greed

Powers: Able to put people in a state where they only think for themselves, or only wish for more power or money

Appearance: Amber is tall, and has a slim build, not to mention long, straight, black hair with red highlights. She has dark red eyes, and an often malicious grin. Her pale skin contrasts with the long black dress. The dress itself is almost ballgown in nature, withe main color being a black, with red lace around the margins. Her feet are also covered by dark red heels. She also has maroon wings, through they have black lines coursing through them in an evil looking design.

Bio: When Satan fell to Hell, Some came with him, those known as the Seven Sins. Amber is the embodiment of the major sin of greed and conceit. She has an evil nature, wanting only chaos and destruction. She has influenced millions of pitiful humans into acting for themselves, surrounding them in popularity and money. She has misguided many, including Judas, the disciple who betrayed Jesus, as well as Adolf Hitler.She manipulates many in search of bringing sadness, fear, and hatred to others. She will go to Earth, and disguise herself as people of power in government, and the occasional high school cheerleader for fun, and uses those pawns to corrupt others. In all, Amber is worthy of being a major sin, and will always be there to misguide humanity.

Angel Specialization: Angel of Forests

Powers: Rustle has the power to summon the winds of the forests to lull anyone to a deep hypnotized sleep. At his will, he can also command trees of the forest to sprout.

Appearance: Rustle has light greenish, brown hair with a heart-shaped face. He has gentle features and a fair complexion. He has hazel eyes. He wears pure-white pants and has golden bracelets on either hands.

Bio: Rustle was born in the great forests of the earth, in the harmony of both life and nature. He was formed in the depths of the forest's floor. In honor to his graceful birth, he was named 'Rustle' The Angel of Forests. He is fun-loving and kind-hearted. He is sometimes very carefree. He loves meeting new people. He would do anything and strive to protect the forests, the land he was born. For this reason, he often turns himself human to protect nature. He is loyal and always close to his friends.

Name: Rain

Angel Specialization: Angel of Sorrow

Power: Can create rain and cloudy skies putting people into despair. Against demons it weekends them or puts them into a state of pity. Thus slowing them down before it breaks off.

Appearance: Somewhat tall about 5'6 with dark skin. Short spiked purple hair with streaks of blue mixed in. Usually wearing black long sleeved sweater with a flared pair of navy blue dress pants. Black sneakers complete the look with an unusually shaped teardrop necklace. Her wings are torn at the bottom with black flecks toward the bottom while the main part of the wing is faded white.

Bio: Created from the soul of a broken girl whose life had been nothing but despair Rain was brought to god. Seeing her despair so great unable to vanish she became an Angel while being given the title of Angel of Sorrow. Through night and day she gives here sorrow to all who need it. From broken hearted children, families mourning death, or any others who need it. Learning of hell she decided to try to find it. The hopes of ridding herself of the sorrow that remains in her.

 

Name: Ace (god I love Ace to much.)

Demon Specialization: Demon of Jealousy and Lust

Powers: Can use ones jealousy to command them telling them they'll get what they want if they listen to him.

Appearance: Sixteen year old boy with short black hair with matching chocolate brown eyes. Dressed in a white suit with a blue under shirt finished with black dress shoes. Has a blue earring in his right ear with a gold one in his left. Is about 5'4 not counting wings when shown. When shown his wings are easily a foot taller than him. They are torn and splatter with blue and black.

Bio: Dressed like a rich boy he goes around in the human world spreading jealousy among humans sending them into insanity or death. Though somewhat mean even an Angel could work a deal with him if they pay his price whatever it may be. No one has payed it yet.
