Posted January 14, 201312 yr Which Pokemon gym is the one you can't stand or had the most trouble with? For me it was Hearthome City. Not only did I have to try 5 times to get the badge, but the math was annoying every time I went in there.
January 14, 201312 yr I don't really like the gym in Vermillion city... but the most difficult for me was gym leader Wattson <_< I hated how I had to keep leveling up my Pokemon just to beat him!
January 14, 201312 yr Yes well balanced. A fair number of dragons know fire type moves like Flamethrower or Fire Blast, and down to sheer reliability and strength the toughest dragons can withstand ice attacks by enough to hit you with a nasty fire movE (e.g. Dragonite, Dragonair, Charizard ect.) so yes well balanced..... unless your pokemon are of roughly equal level/stats to the dragon you are up against! I guess... my level 41 Gyardose defeated Lance just with his Ice Fang alone in my SoulSilver. I guess the real luck comes in if you can guarantee yourself the first move, and if your move doesn't miss.

I guess the real luck comes in if you can guarantee yourself the first move, and if your move doesn't miss. Dang. That's cool. But I would not be surprised if Dragons did know fire type moves. Good trainers always know how to cover their week spots. The only Dragon gym I've challenged is the one in White 2 and it wasn't that hard - only took me two tries. I'm playing Soul Silver as well and the next gym is Clair's.
January 14, 201312 yr This is going to sound really douchey, but none. My movesets for my main guy is usually able to handle pretty much anything, and I try to train for speed. That way when I hit first it usually takes them out. As for the gym itself, like getting through it, Koga always gives me trouble, and so does Lt. Surge, and Sabrina in G/S/C.

I think after a certain number of times playing the games through and growing up with them from the beginning it becomes so easy to form strong teams that don't lose until the league. We're PROS

We're PROS Not sure about pro, I'm pretty much only good at training water types I did have a pretty sweet lvl. 67 Aggron at one point, then my Emerald got stolen...
February 16, 201312 yr Whitney and Elesa in Black! No question! Whitney's Miltank just rolled all over my time until they fainted. And Elesa....Emolga used Volt Switch!Emolga used Volt Switch!Emolga used Volt Switch! It didn't help that I chose Oshawott!
February 18, 201312 yr Whitney Withney isn't that hard if you use Machop. Now Claire's freaking hard.
February 19, 201312 yr Whitney(That Miltank is the spawn if Satan if you don't have a fighting type Pokemon) Sabrina(Not only her gym is a maze, but once you reached her she has a KadabraAlakazam with high Special attack stats and once she uses her psychic on you, you're done for unless you have a dark Pokemon in Gen 2 and HGSS but in RedBlueYellow she was a pain in the ass)
