I found on another KH site where one of their members asked Richard and Vincent about their roles in Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMix and they denied their involvementin the game but I see two reasons why they would.  1. They aren't allowed to talk about it at this time or 2. they don't talk during the KH Days cutsceanes so they are not even a part of it and they are just using the audio from the game they are putting in HD which I think they are doing, anyway here are the pics of the member talking to them, thanks to KHInsider.

I am not aware of any new scenes with Ansem that will be in KH 1.5HD.  Maybe the cutscenes with Zexion did not make the cut for inclusion in video.

I'm really surprised if this is the case, that Richard Epcar won't included in this one. He always seemed like the one voice actor who would always stick around to voice that one character. And he's really great as Ansem too. ):

So I guess this means none of the old voices will be replaced by the new actors in Kh1Fm. And If the Zexion mission scene didn't make the cut, I wonder if the other Com members didn't either. Excluding Axel of course.

Well this could also mean they've only started on Days because it'll take longer.

Ansem does speak during one of the last scenes in Days, when Riku has to release his Darkness to defeat Roxas. And I think they'd make a scene with Zexion on it before he goes to Castle Oblivion. This could also be that they're only making scenes with the protagonists for now.

And we only got news on Days so far, maybe they really haven't started the KH1FM and Re:CoM for now. Or they could use the old voices

That was Riku-Ansem.  It would probably mean that they may not rerecord some of the cutscenes that were origionally in Days.

Yeah I know, but it's still Ansem's voice. And that scene is key to other games, i doubt they wouldn't put in it...

Zane sounds SO much more professional though. No offence to Epcar as he's alright I guess, but Zane sounds so much smoother and more believable.

They will put it in; they just won't rerecord it.

I think it's that the developement of the voice acting hasn't got there yet. They contacted Jesse McCartney first probably since he does voice the main character's voice. He plays the most important voice actor in Days. They build from there probably. Atleast that's what I think.

Yes he does, but this was ALREADY recorded as it is a cutscene for the DS version. They don't have to rerecord these. Same with the other 2 games in the collection, they already have the audio there, why would they go back and record the ENTIRE thing again.

Awww. That's a shame. Well, they might call them both to action once KH3 is in production.

I think the thing that's worrying people here is the fact that in 358/2 Days, the missions with Organization members did not have any voice acting. This includes Zexion, and Larxene, Vexen, etc.

 

So if Square Enix is going to include these missions in 358/2 Days "The Movie", then that means they would have to get the voice actors from Re:CoM back together to pull that off, or maybe they will replace all of them with new voice actors. OR they may leave these missions out altogether (which I find unlikely as the movie is 2 hours and 30 minutes and they need all the scenes they can get to fill that up with).
