That title is misleading

The statistics are flawed and you should probably provide an article to back this up :///

edit: as lea said, curing cancer =/= diagnosing 

you can diagnose cancer the second it starts and the person may still die 

you can diagnose cancer once it's progressed to the final stage and still save the person

diagnosing helps, but it's far from a "cure"
