Posted March 14, 201312 yr When i saw the cover of the this weeks Famitsu i had a new favorite KH artwork. The Japanese cover looks good and by far the best looking HD collection out there. But to me the CG artwork shows how KH has grown from the original from 11 years ago. Edited March 14, 201312 yr by Rodo
March 14, 201312 yr Even with the mistakes I'd go for the Japanese box art. The CG art work just looks to much like the original work to use as a cover and it can be confusing. Not to mention hand drawn covers are traditional at this point and it just comes across as lazy to use a rehashed vision of KH1's box cover. The Japanese version also gets across that there's three stories. And Mickey. And Riku's face. I don't know what's wrong with Riku's face. :1
March 14, 201312 yr That's actually what i thought the NA boxart would look like after seeing that in one of that dude's livestreams.
March 14, 201312 yr That cover looks nice but I prefer the japanese one, the imagen is awesome and beautiful
March 14, 201312 yr sorry, japanese one, also the thing thats got me curious if the box art for 2.5 Edited March 14, 201312 yr by keybladeknight
March 14, 201312 yr Prefer the Japanese cover, KH box arts should never not have hand-drawn artwork. The CG one would be great as a reversible cover or as the art on the manual.
March 14, 201312 yr Japanese definitely. Kairi looks so CUTE with that pose! Edited March 14, 201312 yr by Javelin434
March 18, 201312 yr Although I like the alteration to the original art, it's nowhere near as cool as the jap version!
March 22, 201312 yr I think the 1.5 cover art is pretty ugly, I would prefer a cover art more like the original NA cover but without the CG characters
