Anyone here know how to make gifs form TV shows?  I've seen them all over but I have no idea how to make them.

Precisely.

If it's something I know no one will ever make, I just pull a video URL and use gifsoup. If it's not something I can find a good quality video for or something else, I just wait.

I normally download the clip through realplayer app on windows, convert it to .wmv, then edit/cut/split videos till desired, then I publish it. Next I convert the final video to .mov, and use Photoshop and import video to frames (it only imports 500 frames (layers). and then publish to web.

It's complicated, but easy for me since I dont like signing up on gifsoup
