In an organization filled with fears and lies, fourteen members lie.  It is believed these individuals have no heart, and will go to any lengths to obtain them.  Some of these members are allies to one another, while others are great rivals.  Others still plot amongst themselves, to knock their acquaintances off the platter and control the Organization for themselves.  This is the desperate state these people work and thrive in.  Which, if fate doesn't change things, will eventually destroy them all.  This organization was once known as...

 

Organization XIII

 

This is a role-play designated to the fourteen members of Organization XIII.  It will feature exclusively canon characters, and, because of this, I'd like to keep each member as in-character as possible.  The timeline begins right about the time 358/2 Days does, though depending on the paths your Organization members choose, they could quite easily rewrite history--and Kingdom Hearts as we know it.

 

Basic rules:

• Follow the guidelines pinned to this forum.  They're important; trust me.
• No Godmodding
• I'd prefer no romance.  If you'd like to do something mild, contact me and I'll either approve or disapprove it.  The reason is a lot of people tend not to like yaoi, and with an Organization with primarily male characters...well, I just think it'll start a lot of fights.  So yeah, would prefer no romance.
• Keep everything PG-13.
• Be respectful to other Organization members (and no killing each other off)
• Try to keep your Organization member as in-character as possible.  I mean, I understand no one can do the *perfect* job at this, but just try to do the best you can
• Have fun!

When signing up, please select your character(s) from the following list.  There will also be temporary characters offered from time to time in the role-play to fit the current situation.  This current list is located at the top of the role-play thread.  Remember that these characters are only temporary, and may be dropped at any time to suit the needs of the current scenario.

 

Note: Xemnas and Saix will have the most authority over Organization XIII.  So, if you're considering taking either of these, bear in mind that you'll have the ability to come up with missions for other Organization members.  (If you need some suggestions I'd be happy to provide some.)

Sounds great; welcome back to role-playing!  And, more specifically, welcome to the Organization!  You haven't missed out on much in this current RP, so you can just join on in whenever you'd like.  Currently, Vexen has been sent on a mission to find the absent Xaldin and Lexeaus in Wonderland, so your joining is pretty perfect timing.  If you'd like a recap just let me know; I'd be happy to provide one.

Vexed isn't going to be happy with them. Yay I get to jump in with DiZ! I can't help but think of DiZ as a stalker.....

Xiggy needs to go against DiZ at some point. So does Zexy.

Namely when Zexion wouldn't know that it was dearest Ansem the Wise. Or the fact Xigbar would know because he was Xemnas's right hand man. Very conflicting situations. I'd love to see what would happen if it happened at the same time with Zexion giving Xigbar 'You knew about this' look.

 

If Xiggy doesn't have anything else to do, Xiggy could join the Wonderland group with the whole 'Well if it isn't this old guy' thing.

To which Xigabr will probably give Zexion a "duh" face. That should be quite fun.

So will Xiggy join the Wonderland group right now? I'm bored as it'd be fun to see do DiZ's attempts at lighting him on fire.

Zexy would then bash his head in with his lexicon. Ienzo probably loved Ansem to death.

Actually, I'm wondering if it's a bit too soon to bring DiZ into the picture just yet.  He really doesn't appear until the end of 358/2 Days to the Organization (or the general public, for that matter), and I'm afraid we may be veering off too dramatically from the major plot at this point.  I know I'd said to bring him in where you see fit, Obi-Wan, but I'm just starting to wonder now if it isn't such a good idea.

 

What are everyone's thoughts on the matter?  Shall we leave DiZ in Wonderland, or should we hold him back for a more later appearance, perhaps appearing in Castle Oblivion further down the road?  I want to allow everyone as much creativity as they'd like, but I'd like the RP to hold as much realism as possible.  So, I'm a bit torn on the matter and would like everyone's personal opinion.

It needs to be established that he's watching, so that the Organization knows something is up, but he shouldn't be acting directly until later. DiZ is all about stealth and waiting for the right moment. I do think, however, that trying to track him down and chasing him would make for good missions.

Yes, very good point; thank you, Dave.  I agree that DiZ could start stirring mischief, but I don't think the Organization should be making a full confrontation just yet.  Also, it may be a bit too soon for any of them knowing his real identity at this time.  So, for Wonderland, how about they fail at capturing him, only to be eluded by a Giant Heartless (or, Queen of Hearts) instead?

Ah, yes, I just read that.  That looks pretty fine to me.  I believe Sikota Urinakano's playing Riku's role at the moment.  As for adding in DiZ, it was a great suggestion; I suppose I just wasn't prepared to determine how involved he should be yet.

Yep. He's defiantly a wild card in the KH series.

You're welcome to pick how much Axel currently knows about it, and I guess Saix knows as much as Axel knows? Or Saix can be pretty sure that Marluxia and Larxene are hoping to overthrow Xemnas, but isn't completely positive and Axel can know for sure... Whatever you think.

DiZ is throwing a curveball in This rp right now..... Not really being sure what we want to do with hm....

Okay, here's where my thoughts are regarding DiZ.  I'm open to hear other suggestions as well, but I think this concept will probably be most beneficial to our current situation.

 

DiZ is stirring mischief.  He knows precisely who the Organization members are, and wants to foil Xemnas's plans.  However, he's not openly doing this, but instead plotting, planning, and wanting for the opportune moment to strike (and reveal himself).

 

Currently, he's playing a little game with two of his former apprentices, Xaldin and Lexeaus, as they've been told to bring him down.  A random thought would be that he's conspiring with Marluxia in the takeover of the Organization, though that's just a random concept and it's up to all involved players (Dave, Yuffie, and Obi-Wan) if they want to go about it that way.  But my main thoughts were that DiZ is currently playing the waiting game, toying with the Nobodies and disrupting their success on occasion.

 

So, for the moment, I like what Obi-Wan has done with DiZ igniting the hedge maze, but I personally think DiZ should stop there for now.  I don't think the four should meet face-to-face just yet; that should be something meaningful, perfect, and carefully orchestrated.  So for now, Obi-Wan, I'd suggest keeping DiZ low profile, perhaps either by meeting up with Riku or, if you, Dave, and Yuffie agree, he could meet up with the Castle Oblivion crew and conspire against the remaining Organization XIII.

 

Sound good?  Let me know if you have any questions.  And again, I apologize for having been misleading in the beginning; I didn't quite realize what the uprising of DiZ would mean for the Organization at large, and for the rest of the current plot.  I'm trying to keep things slightly slow-paced, so that we won't be caught in a corner after just a week with half our Organization members not knowing what to do with themselves, which is what I fear would happen if DiZ revealed himself now.

It'd cause war when the Org. (The ones who don't know that he is indeed) find out he is Ansem the Wise. I can see Xiggy getting his head bashed in for not telling. Actually I could see a whole lot of problems much later on when he is revealed. Yay stalky DiZ is always fun to use!
