Sasuke's hair is debatebly blue and he has a sword under certain light it is black. and since its mainly black in shippuden and thats when he has the sword so meh.

I think its likely he is going to kill naruto or at least attempt too kill him to seal his position as hokage. But he just wants to be hokage for vengeance i know that much Sasuke is empty after what he found out about itachi so its all he has left.
