In KH1/KH2 Sora wants to be called a true hero but in CoM/Re: CoM he gets a bit annoyed with people (the organization members) calling him a hero. It's funny, isn't it?

If you're referring to the colosseum,then yeah he got annoyed when Phil didn't regard him,Donald and Goofy as heroes.and now it's the other way around in CoMRe: CoM because I think he was more focused on finding his friends...not to mention Namine manipulating his memories

I loved how pissy and moody Sora was in Re:/CoM, it was so refreshing. xD But yeah, like it was already said I think he got annoyed because everyone was saying it in a sarcastic way. xP

Its Sora, I couldnt take him seriously.

Do they say that in the original direct Japanese translation? You can never tell if it is rewrite the translators made up of the original dialogue sounded a little stilted.
