Yeah, so if you read the sign-ups, you know what's going on. Everyone wakes up in their new apartment room. Get out of bed, go into town, and start building new memories by interacting with others. On the final note, as you wake, there is a voice saying a single line that you barely hear.

I saw Matt hop on to the back of the tiger as his wolf was mocking Sebrus. I knew I should help too, slightly knowing his plan from what I can tell from his wolf. I looked at Snow and he knew what I thought too. Snow began barking at the saber-toothed tiger joining Matt's wolf. And I threw a spear of ice at his face. This was my chance!

The spear of ice hit between muscle and bone along Sebrus's neck. He roared in anguish and in the process, threw Matt off of him before collapsing and slowly beginning to dissolve into the white vapor he started out as.

Matt got up off the ground and decided to try a capture again. "I hope this works this time." said Matt as he held out his right hand again, and just as before, the bracelet started to glow. 'I hope this works this time' thought Matt.

"I like this little guy. Hey, Russel, want to go for a -uh- flap?" Russel rustled excitedly. "Then let's go!" Neisan got off the bed and wade out the door of his apartment with Russel in tow. Then it hit him: Where in the heck was he? He didn't know anybody. He couldn't remember anything. Yet how did he know what an apple was, or what an apartment was? Where did he learn these things? There was a huge blank spot in his mind. This saddened and angered Neisan a little bit, and a deep sense of loss swept over him. What happened to my life? Where did it go? He shook his head, tried to smile. The elevator brought him to the lobby, and he and Russel stepped into the fresh air of the bright day.

I jumped onto Sebrus's back this time trying to make this easier for Matt to do what he was doing. "Snow!" My white companion shot ice at Sebrus's feet trapping him onto the ground, he kept covering him in ice until he could only move his head and neck. I jumped off petting Snow as a reward thenturnedto Matt, "You're turn."

Joe heard the battle before he saw it.

"What the hell?" he muttered as he drew closer.

He tried to stay out of sight as he watched what was going on. He noticed that some people were using animals to help them. And from glents he was seeing, they had similar bracelets too. Joe rubbed his absently as he watched.

"Capture failed," In a flash, Matt and Zero were back where they were whilst Joe was teleported to the top of the apartment building. The are was bare aside from some scattered trust and broken fencing lining the perimeter.

 

In two other flashes, both Neisan and Silver were in a similar circular room, tinted purple with the faded light. "Two special players here... One whose Creature has already manifested, another who seems to be half Creature himself. I'd like you two to meet your first opponent... Jester."

"Capture failed," In a flash, Matt and Zero were back where they were whilst Joe was teleported to the top of the apartment building. The are was bare aside from some scattered trust and broken fencing lining the perimeter.

 

In two other flashes, both Neisan and Silver were in a similar circular room, tinted purple with the faded light. "Two special players here... One whose Creature has already manifested, another who seems to be half Creature himself. I'd like you two to meet your first opponent... Jester."

Then Silver disappeared. "What the-! What just happened?" he yelled.

Neisan was suddenly sucked up and through a vortex of sound and wind, ending up in some sort of room tainted purple. A strange, twisted thing of jagged lines was standing before him and another person, wielding two maracas. A voice had spoken in his head. A Jester? Russel was there too, rustling menacingly at the being facing them. "You don't like this thing? Well, then, do what you will against it." Russel promptly flapped up, spun in a circle, and released an arc of thin, sharp paper bits at the Jester.

I saw myself at the park again sitting in the grass in front of Snow... So we failed huh? That's too bad... I got up finding the tennis balls in my bag and with all my force...threw it. I looked up following the ball watching soar through the sky...then I realized. I threw it too hard...crap, Snow was already after it, he didn't care if it went to far... I watched him run into the woods, "Sorry Matt! I have to get Snow!" I started running after Snow, once I was hidden within the tree of the woods I changed. Into a black wolf...I never did this often but I needed to now... I followed Snow's scent to a large lake, I saw him swimming back with the ball in his mouth. "You worried me."

"Sorry I had to get it." He said muffled by the tennis ball in his mouth.

I grinned turning back into a human, "Good boy...now let's go back shall we?"

"Yeah!" Snow wagged his tail as we walked back to the park.

Joe spun around as his surroundings changed. He let off a few meaningful expletives as he adjusted to his new location. After a bit of staring around wildly, he calmed down and tried to think.

"Well, it is confirmed." Joe said to himself. "The world is out to get me."

He looked down at his bracelet. That was important. Maybe he could...

As he thought about using it, a coyote rubbed against his leg and stalked out in front of Joe. The coyote looked back and gave Joe a wink.

"Yeah, whatever man, we'll probably run into each other again." said Matt before he to, walked off. As Matt continued walking, he looked at the bracelet. 'Next time, no matter what i face, i will capture it, i have no idea what's going on, but i'll figure that out.' thought Matt. Matt had a more serious look than usual as he thought that.
