The Reaper's Game. A week-long event to determine if those who are killed in an unfair way deserve a second chance at life. 25 years ago, a game in Shibuya caused turmoil and chaos in the order of the Reapers, the people behind the games. This event, now known as the Shibuya Incident, has made history among the Reapers. Since then, the Reapers have gained their stability once again, and have continued to hold this event. However, now, another game that could determine the fate of Shibuya will be played... How will this game play out? Only time will tell...

Alright, so, this is my second try at starting up a roleplay on here. My first one didn't go so well, so let's hope this one will be successful, right? Now, I loved The World Ends With You. It's my favorite game of all time. I've wanted more out of the series, but Square Enix hasn't showed much interest in making a sequel. So, I decided, "Why not start a roleplay?" Now, as I said before, this will take place in Shibuya, 25 years after TWEWY. It's time for a whole new generation of players. I'm going to wait a bit before starting the roleplay, as I still need to plan out a few missions and such, and because I'd like to get a good idea of how many people will join in. This story will probably last more than a week. Newcomers will be accepted once we've begun, and if preferred, they can ask to come in during another week. I will also allow people to take on the position of a Reaper if they so choose, I'd like a good balance of players and Reapers, though. Please put "Spicy Tuna Roll" at the end of your character sheet, that way I know you read all this. Now then, for the character sheet:

Entry fee: (Players only. In order to join the game, players need to give the thing most important to them. If they win, they keep it. If they lose, then it is erased along with them. It can be anything, from memories, a belonging [Tangible or not], even people.)

 

Psychs (Generalized, since there are so many branch-types): Rounds (Laser/Bullet related Psychs), Psychokinesis (Levitation of nearby items), Pyrokinesis (Fire-based and explosion attacks), Cure (Healing and Barrier Psychs), Lightning (All Lightning elemental Psychs), Physical (All Slash, Lunge, Saber, Shockwave, etc. Psychs), Teleport (As the name says)

I know I didn't include all, these are just a few basic categories. This would be too long of a post if I went through each individual type.

Now then, my character:

Name: Hikari Sakuraba

Gender: Female (This'll be new for me...)

Age: 15

Appearance: (Yep, I went there. )

 

Personality: Hikari is a friendly and caring person. She's very trusting of others, possibly even to a fault. She's also upbeat, and tries to cheer up others in bad situations.

Bio: Hikari is the daughter of Neku Sakuraba and Shiki Misaki (Or Shiki Sakuraba in that case? I dunno). Her personality is similar to her mother, but her love for music is the same as her father's. Her father taught her to trust others, saying it was an important lesson that could possibly be very important in her future... Being raised in Shibuya, she learned the layout of the city from a young age, and knows a lot about the district. On her fifteenth birthday, she decided to go visit the coffee shop owned by her parents' friend, Mr. Hanekoma. On the way there, she died of a mysterious cause...

Name: Rei Kagane

Gender: Female

Age: 14 (my age...yay)

Appearance: Rei is rather short, slim, and pale. She has mid-thigh length black wavy hair, and greyish-purple eyes. A white bow is clipped to the back of her hair. She wears a black long sleeved collared dress that reaches to her mid-thigh. She has on a white vest with frills at the end of the vest, and the vest matches the length of her dress. Rei has a black rather large bow tied around her waist and the ends of the bow reach just above her knees, and the top of the bow is slouching a bit. She has white socks that go slightly over her knees, and black slip on shoes. Her appearance is that of a maid.

Personality: Rei has a personality that of a Tsundere, and sometimes a yangire. She is rather embarrassed by her feelings, and very rude at first. Rei usually warms up to people, it just takes her awhile. She can also be a yangire. Unlike a yandere where the person is protecting someone for the love of that person, Rei snaps out of jealousy, irritation, or something similar. A main reason for snapping would be because of danger for her friends, etc. She is rather childish sometimes, however she is very loyal and can tolerate being bossed around. Rei can be demanding herself however.

Bio: Due to the death of her mother at the age of eight, and the unknown location of her father, Rei had to work as a maid in order to provide money for herself and her younger sisters. Most people did not accept her working, however, she plead them into letting her work. Because of her work, Rei was kicked out of school. After a day of being out of school, three places fired Rei, and then she committed suicide, making her being forced into the Reaper’s Game.
