Out of all the isolated and parted worlds, somehow, Triton still knows about the keyblade. What's more, he perceives the keyblade to be a destructive device that is to not be trusted.

How does he know about it?

Seems to me there might be some info on the Keyblade War that's been passed down in Atlantica...

My bet is it's explained in BBSV2.

Now we wait

If the Keyblade War caused as much damage as it did, and Xehanort and Vanitas exemplify keyblade wielders can be Not Very Nice People, it stands to reason Atlantica could have had some bad experiences with keyblade wielders 'round those parts.  Maybe all that singing is a coping mechanism.

Come to think of it, we don't know anything about pre-war keyblade wielders and their culture.  The Land of Departure could be one of the few havens left for keyblade wielders after the war tore them and their numbers apart.  For all we know, the survivors could've been picked off by some veeeery angry people unhappy with the damage they caused.  I sense fanfic fuel.

Well if Kairi's Grandmother's story is an analog of the Keyblade War as many suspect, then it can be assumed that most, if on all worlds have their own versions of it with varying degrees of accuracy and details.

Maybe Atlantica's is one of the more intact versions.

I have always wondered what was behind his weariness and there is so much we don't really know about the past .Also , i'm sure Xehanort cannot be the only wielder with bad intentions so i'm sure there must be some reason he feels the way he does .Maybe it might even lead us into the next major antagonist in the future after KH3.

I would think so. Im still thinking that the next saga will be based in the past, pretty much during the Keyblade war.
