FightTheDarkness 85 Posted May 12, 2013 Hi guys! I'm new here and hope you can help me out. So, I just recently decided to start the series in chronological order and play through it. Now, obviously, first is Birth By Sleep (which like all the games I've beaten before) but the thing is, the game is remembering my old save files and I'm worried it's not going to let me go to the final episode. What I mean is, I just beat my first story on Proud Mode which is Terra. After I beat it it said you've unlocked the secret ending because I beat the game before on standard mode a long time ago and unlocked it. Am I going to have to remove all those saved files to make sure the game recognizes that this is a new adventure and will take me to the final episode when it's time. When I go to start a new game, it naturally says complete next to all three characters when I go to select a character to play as so that's what gets me nervous!. Let me know! RoxSox 3,593 Posted May 12, 2013 I've replayed BBS enough times to know... once you've beaten a characters story, it should give the option to create another data for the final episode. Don't create it until after you've beaten all three characters over again, and then the data you create should be one with Aqua's most recent level, and boom, you should be in the clear. If I'm remembering correctly. 2 Mystics Apprentice and Jim reacted to this

FightTheDarkness 85 Posted May 13, 2013 Thank you all so much! Such a relief because I had all my characters maxed out on my other files! Such a great community here! (:
Weiss 8,279 Posted May 13, 2013 As long as you have enough room you shouldn't have to delete any. I'm curious, you say you're going chronological order what will you do with Days and Com? Since their timelines overlap and all. Just curious.

Weiss 8,279 Posted May 13, 2013 Plays Days. Stop. Plays COM. Finish. Continue Days. Finish. lol The chronological way would be pretty much that. Switching between them. I was curious if the OP was actually going to switch or do something different.
FightTheDarkness 85 Posted May 16, 2013 (edited) Hello! That was actually one of the things I was thinking about that when I first decided to and I was planning on doing JUST that! And, as an update, you guys were right and it allowed me to go to the Final Episode! (: I do have one question though: I have a VERY limited memory on Re: Coded and am not exactly sure what the placement on the timeline was for that game. If I'm recalling correctly, this should be the correct order from beginning to end: 1) Birth By Sleep 2) Kingdom Hearts 3/4) Chain of Memories/Days 5) Re: Coded 6) Kingdom Hearts 2 7) Dream Drop Distance Let me know if my placement of Coded is wrong. But yeah, your list was very accurate, FighttheDarkness, save for Coded's placement; it'd swap places with Kingdom Hearts II.
