Microsoft has issued a press release stating that the company plans to release a Windows-compatible version of the Xbox One's new and improved Kinect. Additional details on the windows-specific sensor bar and its software development kit will be released at Microsift's BUILD 2013 conference from June 26 to June 28th.source: www.ign.com

I think the only thing people really liked about Kinect was voice commands but using a controller is much better. 

Putting this on Windows could be a big mistake.

Sounds stupid. Microsoft is concentrating to much on kinect.

First Windows 8, now this. Next thing you know, the new Kinect will come pre-installed on all Windows PCs.
