is roxas really in the organization?because i know xion is just a replica and to them a puppet, is roxas a puppet too or a true member?

Roxas was a true member of the original organization

Roxas was a real member, Number 13 of Organization 13.  Xion doesn't count 'cause she was a Replica, not a nobody.

Yes, for a time Roxas was indeed a member, number XIII, to be exact.

And that will be the next plot twist after the "Xehanort is Sora's grandfather" twist.

That's why Xehanort didn't need to put a part of himself into Sora, because Sora is already a "Xehanort" by blood... dun dun dun!

No, some nobody name Bob is the 13th member, but he got sick, so Roxas filled in his role.

Roxas was a member and a candidate to be a Xehanort, but he left after developing his own identity. Xion was considered an unofficial member even though Xemnas said that a new comrade has been chosen to wear the coat. Everyone knew she was just a puppet, so really, she was an unofficial member.

In order for Organisation 13 to effectively exist they need a keyblade wielder to do their work, roxas was their lapse while sora recovered, they controlled roxas by keeping him as a member of the organisation but he was only ever a tool to them, xion was going to replace roxas as a perminent organisation member so he was only a temporary fix.
