Will the music in 2.5 be redone like in 1.5, or will it be left alone?

I think if they took the time to do it with 1.5, they'll probably do it for 2.5.

It seems logical and I really hope they do.

In fact it was kind of hinted at

---If KH -HD 2.5 ReMIX- were to come out, would you re-record the music?
Shimomura: KH2 uses the built-in tone generator too. In the KH series, the battle music and field music cross-fade so we had to include the data of both battle and field tracks compressed to what would originally be the memory of one track. I was so glad that we could use live music this time... If KH -HD 2.5 ReMIX- comes out, there's no way I'd just leave the built-in tone generator in as is (laughs). I couldn't betray everyone's expectations like that. There are around 100 tracks, though...

The Corrupted...Fate of the Unknown...Tears of the Light...Vim and Vigor...The Encounter...Roxas...yes. Yes, please.

I think KH2 had better samples compared to KH1 and could hold up on its own, but I'm not complaining if they decide to redo the music.

Tears of the Light, Eternal Moments, Destiny's Union. DO IT

Nope, in fact, Nomura confirmed that the game will be in 144p #totallysupercereal

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

I think the music will be re-orchestrated. There's no reason why not to.
