(Alright, lads and lasses. Here we go.)

The yellow eyes of Heartless Shadows were the only thing visible in the dark cave. There was a bigger Heartless in another chamber that had been terrorizing a local town, the perfect target for an aspiring hero. A perfect location.

Suddenly, the Heartless Shadows sensed a heart in the cave with them. They began to swarm for this treat, but were met by the crackle of lightning and flames. Soon, not even the light of Heartless eyes illuminated the darkness. A mechanical light snapped on after it was set up on a wall. Below it, where the light pooled, a poster was put up. It told those that read it to a place to go and a time to be there.

The place, The Old Mansion in Twilight Town.

The time stated was one word. Now.

The figure that put the poster up stepped back to look at it. It was there for the bold and skilled to find. If they could reach it, they could help save the worlds. Of course, this poster and others like it were for those the figure had missed. Personal invitations had already been sent. It just remained to see who would come.

The figure stepped fully out of the pool of light and was gone from that world.

Standing in the main foyer of the Old Mansion in Twilight Town was Theek Shalma. He began to tap his foot, trying to contain his impatience. There were many things to be done, but he couldn't put off what was going to happen. It was too importance, too big an opportunity. He only hoped his waiting would be rewarded.

(Heh, sorry, but it was reasonably fitting for the grin that was on my face at the time.)"What are you talking about?" Dilan demanded, rounding on Severa. "What is here? We pushed Xehanort's forces out!"The Whirlwind Lancer caught movement from above and twirled his spear, deflecting a glowing disk that would have hit him center mass. He looked up to see three dark armored figures, with small orange lights, flying over the castle roof. The disk that Dilan deflected rebounded off the wall and returned to one of the soldiers as the dive bombed him. He spun his spear around again, this time causing a gust of wind to blast the soldier with their flying packs against a wall."ENCOM programs." Dilan spat. "But how did they get out?"He turned and pointed at Luna."Get to the infirmary and defend it. Aqua's there.""I'll show you!" Donald Duck offered to Luna, as he fired a bolt of fire at one of the programs. The Whirlwind Lancer summoned two more lances before placing a finger on his ear."Red alert, more attackers. Even, to the front. Lumiara, join up with the Guardians."With that, Dilan launched his lances at the soldier programs as the recovered.

Luna noticeably flinched as Dilan lashed out at Severa. "What are you talking about?" he demanded, "What is here? We pushed Xehanort's forces out!"

Her battle instincts kicked into high gear as the whirlwind lancer blocked an attack from above. She looked up and spotted the attacking enemies, three of them to be exact, as her commlink cackled into life.

"Breach! Breach! Breach!" the voice of Cody's dad screamed over the radio, "Three contacts within the castle!"

"Take them down!" Nightsparrow's voice shouted back.

Four simultaneous white beams of light shot out from the corner turrets of the castle, the first and original Guardians trying their damned best to suppress and eliminate the threats as more voices cackled over the comms.

"Guardian Zero-Three to Nightwing, where's the support?!"

"Castle has been breached! Just hold on a little longer!" Raven's voice screamed back.

"Well hurry it up! I can't ho-" the voice suddenly was suddenly cut off by a long moment of static.

"Three? Three?!" Several more explosions rang out as a distant Arrow-Rifle tried to stem the tide of battle.

"What happened?!" Kiwi's voice interjected.

"Three's been hit by a darkside. Standby..." Another thunderous echo rang out. "Done. Be advised, equipment failure on Three, west side. Still holding steady."

"Roger that" Cody's dad replied, "East side secured. Look at him go! That's mah boi!"

"Like father, like son!" Kiwi laughed. "Was that pink laser his?"

"Yeah!"

"PINK?!"

"I KNOW RIGHT?!?!"

"You know, for a last stand, you guys are taking this rather lightly." Nightsparrow calmly remarked.

"If I'm gonna go down, I'm going down laughing and kicking at the same time!" Kiwi yelled back. "South side, lost some ground. Enemy forces at checkpoint bravo! We're gonna try and push back to reclaim checkpoint charlie!"

"North side, losing some ground. Checkpoint charlie lost but we're pushing back as hard as we can!"

Luna ignored the grim reminders of the not so distant battlefield as Dilan growled about the new enemies. "ENCOM programs. But how did they get out?" Curious about what he knew, she was about to ask but was immediately turned down. "Get to the infirmary and defend it. Aqua's there." She blinked, then nodded as donald offered to show her the way. "Please, take me there." she calmly told the royal magician. If the others are in the infirmary, I can help them get back out there. she thought to herself, the distant echoes of rhythmic thunder and explosions growing more frequent....

Severa nodded in thanks to Luna as she was being healed. After the small skirmish, she stood back to her full height, and grabbed her sword from the ground. She glanced at the other two, and said, "Alright, we need recon right? See who or what's behind the attack? I'll take charge of that, and get behind enemy lines. If we can incapacitate the commanding officer, we may be able to hold the world." Severa nodded to herself, agreeing with her own plan. She rarely took actual orders from anyone anyway. Severa instead chose a side, and did what she thought would best help the cause. Severa vanished in another flash of flames. She had reached the edge of the frontline area. Fighting was everywhere. The sound of battle clashed all around her. A program rushed at her carelessly with its disk in hand. Severa sidestepped, and slashed it down. As it disappeared another tossed a disk at her, which she deflected off her blade straight into another. Severa ran through the fighting, killing off programs when she could. She could only hope that the officer would be obvious enough that she'd be able to identify him or her.

Luna only blinked as Severa vanished in a flash of flames. Donald snapped her back to reality as he took her hands and started pulling her away from Dilan and made their way to the infirmary. Realizing what the girl was doing, she reached for her commlink and decided to notify the others."Luna to all Guardians, someone is going to go behind the lines and try to take out whoever is commanding the enemy."

"Bloody wonderful!" Nightsparrow yelled back over the radio, his arrow-rifle screaming in the background. "Keep us posted! Help out any way you can!"

"I'm going to the infirmary to give Aqua her keyblade back."

"But... But... she's a keyblade master? Can't she summon her keyblade back to herself?" Luna remained silent, blinking. "Regardless, the downed Guardians are also holed up there as well. Get them back on their feet!"

"Kiwi here!" Another voice interjected, "Be advised, Checkpoint Charlie secured on the south side! Royal Guards are fortifying their grounds now!"

"Alright!" Nightsparrow exclaimed, "North side is unable to advance forward, but we did capture some ground. Zero-Seven is locking down now!"

"Raven here! West side is losing! We just lost Charlie but Zero-Three trying to push back! Shadowhawk! How are you holding up?!"

"We're losing some ground as well! Zero-Four is slowly moving back! Charlie has been lost, but he's gonna fortify his position!"

Luna gulped as the chatter among the Guardians got somewhat more frantic. Fortunately for her, she didn't have to think much about what was going on as the royal magician finally opened a pair of doors, revealing the castle infirmary. She immediately saw Estelles and Stella, visibly battered and bruised with their armor showing major damages. They were holding their sides, panting as they looked up and saw her. Their faces lit up when they realized who had finally showed up. "Luna?!" they both weakly exclaimed, "Looks like this situation is worse than we thought..." She broke Donald's grip on her and started her magic, working on Estelles first.

[i'll let Rikunobody describe how Aqua looked...]

Elenar snorted and shook her head.

"Wouldn't have thought I would trust anybody after the Organizaton, "she began, "but...yeah. I trust you."

The Savage Nymph stopped and chuckled slightly.

"Wow. That admission was less painful then I thought it would be."

Aeleus looked at the note Lucas received, only his eyes showing the suspicion he felt. His eyes narrowed a moment, then he turned suddenly to see four teens coming out of the woods and into the mansion's grounds.

"Hey!" One called out, sounding nervous. "Is this where Keyblade Wielders are suppose to meet?"

The Silent Hero's eyes flickered to the folded note in one of the new comer's hands. A moment later, his tomahawk was in his hand.

"Everyone, get out of here!" He bellowed. "It's a tr-"

Before he could finish his sentence, the ground around him was blasted by a bolt of energy from above. The sky flickered for a moment, the revealed a massive battle ship, constructed in a shiny black material with glowing red lines. A moment later, the ship started hammering the old mansion and grounds with laser turrets on its underbelly.

A moment after Luna began healing Estelles, the green aura of a Cure spell enveloped Stella. Aqua managed to get up from the bed she had been placed on while keeping up healing the Guardian. The Keyblade Master looked pale and tired, but her blue eyes remained sharp.

"Hey!" Donald exclaimed. "Your suppose to be resting."

"After they're better." Aqua retorted. "They need care more then I do."

The Court Magician fumed, but decided not to argue the point.

"Where are Ven and Sora?" He asked, changing subject.

"They got word from someone named Dilan that we were under attack." Aqua answered. "It sounds bad."

Aqua looked over at Luna.

"Are you alright?" She asked.

Ice formed on a couple of programs near Severa. Even appeared behind them and shattered them with a swipe of his shield.

"Either your an idiot rushing head long into the enemy." The Chilly Academic sniffed. "Or, you are here to find the proverbial head of this. That would be intelligent, but an unlikely reason from most of the 'hero' stock."

He used his shield for a more traditional task and blocked a thrown disc. He fired a bolt of ice in retaliation then went still. Above the battle field, three capital sized war ships took up station, more programs dropping down to join the battle.

Severa scoffed, ending another program. "Hero stock is how ya see me huh? Never claimed to be one of those." She said, sending a whirlwind of sand at another group of programs. She followed up with another fireball, the whole group dying. "And yes, I'm here to find the officer. If these are programs, they can't act without commands correct? Or am I just being old-fashioned in my beliefs about computers?" Severa asked, continuing to beat down programs around her, using a variety of attacks. She never seemed to use an attack twice, or even a single element more than twice in a row. "Now, are you going to help me in my quest, or should I go one by myself?" Severa got to the point. She needed to continue on her way soon, with or without Even, or they'd all get surrounded, and it'd be practically impossible to continue on anyway.

A moment after Luna began healing Estelles, the green aura of a Cure spell enveloped Stella. Aqua managed to get up from the bed she had been placed on while keeping up healing the Guardian. The Keyblade Master looked pale and tired, but her blue eyes remained sharp."Hey!" Donald exclaimed. "Your suppose to be resting.""After they're better." Aqua retorted. "They need care more then I do."The Court Magician fumed, but decided not to argue the point."Where are Ven and Sora?" He asked, changing subject."They got word from someone named Dilan that we were under attack." Aqua answered. "It sounds bad."Aqua looked over at Luna."Are you alright?" She asked.

Stella let off a pained gasp as she was enveloped in the green healing spell. Her body arched backwards as her most major wounds finally started to heal, only to recoil immediately as she clutched her chest yet again. She started panting, which oddly enough is a good sign as she struggled to get back on her feet again and cast a healing magic of her own. "Th- thanks." the bubbly sentinel weakly remarked, "I really needed that.... Owwie..."

Luna was focusing on Estelles as she slowly slumped over. She was borderline conscious when Luna had arrived, refusing to give in until she realized that the medic of the corp stepped into the medbay. The pink-haired girl was glowing green with much needed healing spells, and it didn't take long before the girl coughed. "L-... Luna..." she sighed.

"Everything is going to be ok." Luna whispered back. "Just relax for now. The castle hasn't fallen yet."

"You... have to... get... to the... Cornerstone..."

She ignored Estelles' suggestion, quickly and efficiently trying to get the girl back into fighting shape. "Hey!" The trio heard Donald exclaimed. "Your suppose to be resting." Luna turned around and saw Aqua sitting upright on the bed. "After they're better." she retorted. "They need care more then I do." Despite both girls wearing their armor, Stella and now Estelles looked better off than before as the former re-summoned her armor, making it pristine again. She crawled next to Estelles, then placed her hand over the girl as it started to glow faintly with a green aura. "here, let me help." Estelles sighed as her body relaxed, finally getting the rest and healing that it so desperately needed. The room shook for a moment, then tiny crumbles of the ceiling fell onto Luna's head as the other girl looked up.

"Oi!" Kiwi's voice screamed over the mike, "That's property damage you heartless.... uh... heartless! And whatever those other thingys are too! You're paying for that! To any Guardians within the castle, ignore that! It was a missed attack on one of our own, but zoomed past and hit the wall instead! We're still holding at Bravo, south side!"

"Where are Ven and Sora?" Donald squawked."They got word from someone named Dilan that we were under attack. It sounds bad. Are you alright?"

"I'm fine" Luna softly replied, "I'm more concerned for everyone else, especially these two." Estelles gasped, then groaned as the combined healing magic finally brought her back into fighting condition. She looked at Luna. "Thanks." she nodded, her voice sounding a lot stronger than before. With her immediate duties finished, Luna shifted her attention to Aqua. "I was told to bring this to you." She reached around her back, then unlatched the master's keyblade before giving it to her.

Stella was finally back on her feet and was pulling up Estelles. They both embraced each other in a hug. "We should probably get back outside" Estelles sighed, "Have some of the others tag out."

Luna immediately offered another idea. "No. You should stay in the castle, in case some of the enemies do manage to slip by." the girls looked at one another, then nodded. "We'll do that then. You should stay inside the castle as well, Luna. No point sending our healer to the frontlines."

"Wouldn't have thought I would trust anybody after the Organizaton, but...yeah. I trust you. Wow. That admission was less painful then I thought it would be."Celas smiled at the Savage Nymph's comment and nodded."I'm glad to hear that. It is nice to know there is someone out there that trust me."The Dark Warrior closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She was happy, maybe even more than happy if that could be possible."Hey! Is this where Keyblade Wielders are suppose to meet?"Celas' eyes shot open the moment she heard the voices of newcomers."Everyone, get out of here! It's a tr-"In that moment the ground around the Silent Hero was blasted."What in the name of darkness w-?!"Even before the young girl could finish her comment, another bolt of energy blasted the area where she was standing, sending her flying against one of the walls of the mansion. Celas slowly stood up clutching her right arm and with small trails of blood running down her forehead."Why can't we have a moment of peace?" she said in an annoyed tone. "Is it too much to ask for a moment of peace?!"The Dark Keyblade Master looked around for her Keyblade that was sent flying after the attack, finding it under rubble."Come here!"She yelled while reaching her hand out. The Keyblade disappearing and reappearing in her hand in a split second before pointing it at the massive battle ship."Dual Ragnarok!"Celas yelled before she began to shoot energy bullets made of Light and Darkness at the huge battle ship in hopes of inflicting some damage.

Even scoffed.

"You certainly are full of confidence." He scowled.

He moved to follow Severa, but yelled out in pain as something hit him from behind. He fell forward, a dart sticking out of his back. More programs crowded around, trying to hem Severa in. A red dot appeared on Severa's chest.

"Drop your weapon and surrender." A voice yelled out from the same direction the laser beam. "Or die here and now. Your choice."

More laser beams aimed at Severa.

Aqua took her old Keyblade from Luna. She took in a deep breath and smiled.

"It is good to have this back, thank you." She said, closing her eyes for a moment.

She reopened her eyes and nodded to Luna.

"We had better arrange a way to get wounded in here for us to heal. Maybe a few of the Guardians could-"

"Dilan to all available forces." Dilan's voice cut in through a wall mounted radio. "Evacuate! Repeat, evacuate! Four more capital ships warping in!"

Aqua gave the wall radio a shocked look.

"What is this?" She hissed and made for the door.

Before she got to it, it exploded inward with Dilan flying backwards and landing in a heap in the infirmary. From the out of the dust and derbies, a man in a suit shot in and wrapped an arm around the stunned Aqua's neck, putting a blade to her neck. Four more people in suits came in and pointed various weapons at the Guardians.

"Don't try anything, Keybladers." The one who had Aqua growled. "We of the Ulthor know how to beat your cursed weapons."

Elenar managed to dodge out of the way of the blasts. Most of the young Keyblade wielders were not so luck and were thrown by the blast and killed. As the smoke cleared, Aeleus groaned and tried to get up.

Elenar readied herself to added some lightning to Celas's attacks, but saw a red dot on the back of Celas's back.

"Look out!" She yelled and jumped in between Celas and where the beam was coming from, erecting a Barrier in the blink of an eye. There was a loud bang and Elenar was thrown back, hitting Celas. The Savage Nymph crumpled to the ground, blood trickling out of the corner of her mouth. For a moment before it faded, there was a neat little hole in Elenar's barrier.

Above, the capital ship rearmed its weapons for kill shots.

Ienzo finished transferring files and assembling various pieces of equipment when he headed a loud boom and some commotion outside the castle. Dashing outside, the Cloaked Schemer stopped suddenly when he saw three capital ships hanging over Radiant Garden. To his trained eye, he recognized the pattern of the digital ship.

"How did they get programs out of the computer?" He thought.

Ienzo heard a light laugh from behind him.

"Magnificent, isn't it?" A female voice asked. "Once we found out how to transfer Clu and his troops into our world, your plan is being realized beautifully."

The Cloaked Schemer turned to face the uniformed woman with glasses, a sly smile on his lips.

"My dear Jihl, did you doubt me?" He asked in a mock hurt tone.

Jihl Nabaat laughed again and stepped forward to place a hand on Ienzo's shoulder.

"The Decolor is grateful for your contribution." She said.

Ienzo's smiled remained, but took on a satisfied look. It was all working like he planned.

(Quick sum up of what happened since you last posted: Aeleus grew more suspicious about Lucas's note, and was validated by a small crowd of other Keyblade wielding kids showing up with the same note. He tried to get people to scatter, saying it was a trap, but a capital ship from the digital world appeared over head and started raining down turret fire. Most of the new wielders there are dead, Aeleus is stunned and Elenar was hit by sniper fire and in critical condition if not already dead, and finally Celas is trying to fire on the capital ship. These ships and program troops are appearing on most worlds, seizing control and hunting down Keyblade Wielders. Most character's are currently in some sort of standoff or staring down a barrel of some sort.)

(I was actually planning for Vanguard 2 to pick up right were this ended, so you'll have a chance to react to the current situation then. But, if you would rather add a little here, that is fine.)

(Oh wow. Ok, sorry for missing that. xD Im ready for vanguard 2!)

(Not a problem. And don't worry. I'm planning to have the next installment of the story within the week.)

One of the new wielders flew at Zion and Xion. Curagas flew at her, and Xion deftly caught her. As the digital warships descended, Zion immediately closed her wings around her friends and teleported away in a flash of light. Running made her sick, but it was needed.

The Seraphim shut down as it locked into the sea floor.

Zion de Wynter's mansion immediately locked down, and asthe Decolor descended, the Guardiannof Salvation's Dawn lived to fight another day with Xion and the healing wielder.

(Just make up who the wielder is, i just decided to save one.)

(Okay, if no one uses that as a way in for a character, I might make someone to fill she slot.)(Ops. I forgot this.){Epilogue}Maleificent stormed through her old castle. She felt degraded having to come back here, but a better hide out had not been available. Plus, the Decolor wouldn't try to bother her here on her own world. She swiped into an inner room she had given over to one of her new allies and found him tending to his patient. King Candy squirmed under his physician's care. "Easy, my code is sensitive, ya know." He whined."Silence!" Maleficent thundered. "It was your own foolishness that lead to your damage. I told you to avoid the heroes."King Candy fell silent, too scared of the Witch to say anything. The middle aged doctor chuckled slightly as he straightened up and adjusted his glasses."Do not worry, m'lady." Doctor Cidolfus Demen Bunansa said in a calming voice. "This digital monarch will make a full recovery with some improvements."Candy made to say something, but was glared into silence by the Witch. Maleficent looked back to Dr. Cid."And the other project?" She demanded.Dr Cid's amused smile was replaced by a look of almost religious zeal. "Ah, yes. I believe I have made the break through we required." He answered. This time, it was Maleficent's turn to smile. "Show me." The Archadian scientist bowed and lead the way out of the room."The power requirements were astronomical." He explained as he led the way down a corridor. "I had to practically burn out a star to generate the power necessary and a fool would have let that power to burn out the project's systems before fruition,"The Doctor paused as he placed a hand on a door's handle."But I am no fool." He declared and dramatically opened the door.Inside was a room full of equipment, but was dominated by a giant transparent tube filled with a liquid. Floating inside was a girl off about 14 years of age and multicolored hair. Tubes extended from the top of the tube and into her veins while a breath mask rested over the girl's mouth. A plaque was placed at the base of the tube bearing the inscription "Project Lacuna.""Our Void Witch is nearly finished." Maleficent said, dark intentions in her eyes.
