Posted June 18, 201312 yr Sup people who are super nerds cause they joined a kh fan site cause of a game made for 10 year olds. I need hep, (again whoopy do.) I now see that I'm become unhealthy and I'm starting to hate the way I look. And if I ask my mom or anybody in my family for that matter how to lose weight, they'll most likely tell me to stop eating. I been told this before and cause of it I barely ate and as time went by I started feeling sick and yeah it wasn't good. So I am here to ask you, what is the best way to lose weight. What is the best work outs and what should somebody eat when they're on a diet. Discussed.
June 18, 201312 yr I'm not really an expert but eat lots of greens and fruits. For workouts you gotta work on the legs and torso areas the most usually so do some of that yoga stuff if you're into it You know just do all that stick to your calorie limits and what not. June 18, 201312 yr Try moderating what you eat, and maintain a stable regimen for physical and mental activity. Also certain foods help certain people, try looking up foods based on ethnic backgrounds and blood type this may help.
June 18, 201312 yr Have a nice colorful diet full of fruits and veggies. Avoid over processed foods and foods high in sugars and carbs. Instead of those microwaveable foods, have a quick salad with lots of fresh veggies and light dressing or a yummy rich soup.Try to eat at home instead of at a restaurant/fast food place! Pack snacks when you go out to avoid buying unhealthy stuff. Go on walks daily and do vigorous/moderate workouts about 3 times a week. Running, leg lifts, jumping jacks, squats, pushups, etc on the days that you do more intense workouts. On easy days just walking should be fine, maybe moderate stretching or yoga! Make sure to drink LOTS of water. 2 glasses in the morning, 2 at lunch, 2 in the evening, and 2 more whenever.
June 18, 201312 yr im doing 100 sit ups every day while eating and drinking only orange juice and peanut butter sandwiches. ive lost about 10 lbs so far and I was over 200.

June 18, 201312 yr I could help you my friend but first of all, KH is not for 10 yo lolAnyway, I have been losing a lot of weight lately, mostly fat, last year I really left myself go, I went from 200 lbs to 290, at the beginning of this year I was 290 so I decided to do some changes regarding my physical appearance.Excercsice is very important and dieting is even MORE important, diet doesnt mean "stop eating" it also doesnt mean "eat only healthy stuff" my diet is based on macros and calories. Based on my activity level and weight I should consume around 5000+ daily calories but to loose weight I consume 4200, this is called a calorie deficit diet.I can eat a lot of "junk food" but only if is under my calorie deficit number, but I personally have learned to eat healthy and actually enjoy it.This is a picture of my first month after I started working out and dieting.My transformation picture(and you can find more on my instagram)http://instagram.com/p/ZdkgkeMHSs/As you can see I had a lot of fat and almost no muscle, in that picture my weight was 260 First and then 210, currently I am around 195 and my goal is to get to 180.Calorie deficit diets are very important because you subtract 10% to 20% of your daily calorie intake from it, with this formula (Harris benedic formula) you make your body use the fat as the extra calories needed for the day, if you eat less of what is recommended you will end up loosing muscle too, so you have to eat smart.There is a lot about this, and I could keep going I could help you and give you some tips since I love to help people and I have inspired many of my friends to gain muscle weight and loose fat but I would need some personal info like weight and height and your current diet and stuff so PM me to make it more private.Good luck. June 18, 201312 yr Burn more calories than you consume. So track your calories, there's loads of free apps and sites that have facilities to do this. Then use another site to see how many minutes it takes to burn so many calories, and make sure that's higher than the amount you consume. Have 6 small meals a day instead of 3. It keeps your metabolism high. Yoga doesn't burn a lot of calories but it helps keep you more flexible and durable for other exercises. Personally I prefer using a treadmill of all the machines. Exercise tapes, there's really cheap ones online nowadays (I think a set of 3 I have now is under a fiver online now) Rowing is good for your arms. Cycling is good for your legs and thighs. Then also remember toning exercises like squats, sit ups, push ups, etc planking is good for strengthening your core

June 19, 201312 yr Well besides certain kinds of diet, I find swimming is really effective when it comes to exercise. Even though you probably don't move as much as you would in a gym, the water forces you to use more strength and more energy. I've even read somewhere that swimming is a recommended form of exercise when losing weight.
