Those are all incarnations of him in some fashion .What are you confused about?

I think you need to add some Terra in there to make the equation right.

I used the pictures because isn't xehanort different from master xehanort?  Ansem and xemnas should equal terranort but he isn't anywhere to be found?

You did post a picture of Terranort in your first post, though.

MX took over Terra's body so yes he's different from just Xehanort. But as we found out in DDD , it's MX that won control and was behind all the incarnation's plans and motives.

Is the MX from 3d from the original timeline? Did he come to exist again because ansem and xemnas were destroyed?

All we know for now is that what exactly happened to Terra is a deliberate mystery according to Nomura himself. Why MX revived as MX is part of that mystery although we could venture some guesses like either Terra's heart escaped somehow giving his body the appearance of MX since the heart shapes the vessel or even that MX's heart just simply overtook /consumed Terra's and is in control also giving Terra's body the appearance of the old man for the same reasons. We don't really know for sure and won't know until KH3. All we do know is that the MX we saw in DDD was the revived 'most future self' of MX as stated in game.

Both.

Yeah man, get with the program!

They all look like Terra. But maybe he said is name is Xehanort to keep his existence of being a master a secret.

Well Master Xehanort is the origin of all the incarnations. When he merged with Terra to become Terranort, there was a problem since Terra was fighting back so it all ended up causing amnesia to Terranort and led to Apprentice Xehanort. Basically Apprentice Apprentice Xehanort got crazy and lost his heart to Darkness creating a Heartless, Ansem Seeker of Darkness, and a Nobody, Xemnas,

Well maybe Terranort did revive but then Terra somehow got free and is back now. Or maybe just his heart got free and now he's a heartless and nobody.
