I am loving these new openings and endings so much. I have only one complaint tho. THEY COMPLETELY SPOIL THE BIGGEST FIGHTS OF THE ARC. :| I know most people know the story, but there are gonna be some newcomers who will not want to be spoiled, and this completely spoils those fights and events right off the bat. :|

 

I love how the ending

captures how everyone is completely powerless against Majin Buu. Its very fitting.

Thanks for mentioning the spoilers, I almost watched them. Anyway, if the dubs were out, I'd definitely watch these since I just got to the Buu Saga in the manga. Looks like I'll have to wait, though.

Alright, so with all the recent Akira Toriyama interviews that have been popping up over the past few months, all the questions he's been asking have got me thinking of my own questions to ask. One of them I was mulling over earlier today, and here it is:

 

If Goku and Bardock were to meet in the Other World, because Goku has been to Other World many times and has never interacted with his father in that place, yet has done so with Grandpa Gohan in the past, what would it be like and what would they say to each other?

 

It'd be interesting to see what he would say in response.

Alright, this one is going to be a doozy... *breaths in*

 

Why the hell do some fans have to take this series so seriously? It BAFFLES me, first off, to how I see certain people take this series as some kind of hardcore action series when in reality it started off as a gag manga, and retained that theme even going into the more edgy Z, but its EVEN MORE ridiculous to how some people react to some of the new things that have been happening with DragonBall lately.

 

Lets turn back time and go the release of the Dragon Ball Minus chapter in Akira Toriyama's new gag manga Jaco The Galatic Patrolman. After this was released, people TORE THIS CHAPTER APART. You get Bardock fans bitching, you get people bitching at Toriyama, you get people saying that Toriyama is killing his own series and all this crap. I hate to break this to most of you but I never read anywhere that this chapter is new canon for the original series. ANYWHERE. Toriyama made this chapter in response to people asking for the reveal of Goku's mother. That's the ONLY REASON this chapter was created. Does that mean Dragon Ball Minus is perfect? Well no, not really. It's a little slow and the art is a little off and yes, it's pretty much a Superman rip off. HOWEVER, that's the damn POINT! It's NOT supposed to be a pure DragonBall canon chapter; it's a freaking add-on to the silly ass Jaco manga; Toriyama LOVES to mix in his different universes with one another, it's been that way since the Dr. Slump days and seeing people get pissy about it is downright laughable. SHOW ME THE QUOTE!

 

Now we go forward to the recent interviews conducted with Akira Toriyama that gave us some new bits of information on the overall universe of DragonBall. People, again, have been complaning, saying that Toriyama is trolling, he's desperate, he's ruining his series (I hate this one the most), and even going as far to compare him to George Lucas. This is beyond words for me, I really don't understand. We have people saying that Toriyama got Androids 17 and 18 from Minecraft, accusing him of getting Hercule's name wrong, and I'm not even going into the Super Saiyan debacle, I'll leave that for a different time.

 

Overall, I'm really starting to think that DragonBall fans are up there with the Big 3 Tards, because MY GOD... how dense and how close minded can you be? ... *breaths out*

In this case, Goku was fighting Beerus for the first time (You know, without getting his behind whooped like crazy), so he didn't know how Beerus fights.

He just said "I'm not even close to using my full power" and Goku responds with "I'm at about 80% myself." And Beerus freaks. 

It was vague. They never battled at 100%. But the next movie is coming next year. 

So I rewatched it last night, and when Goku is on King Kai's planet he says "Me and Vegeta could use fusion again to destroy Beerus."
