well...I can't quite say. I guess cause stars are magical and shooting stars are a childish thing to have as a memory. Stars are magical is all I can guess.

There's also the Star Seeker keyblade and Mickey's star fragment. The stars represent each world. A shooting star is when a world falls to the heartless.

KH: Kairi's good luck charm

KH Re Com: Namine/ Kairi's good luck charm

KH 2: Star Seeker Key Blade

KH 358/2 Days: Xion's star shell thing that she left after she went back to Sora

KH Coded: I'm not sure

KH BBS: Ven, Terra, and Aqua's good luck charms and Mickey's star fragment

Yah, u have a point there r a bunch of things there have to do with stars. I don't know why there are a bunch of stars but like Sorage55 said, maybe its because stars and all that r kids things

Isn't there something about making a wish every time you see a shooting star.

Stars are basically a generic symbol representing magic.

Yup, like everyone's said, it's merely symbolic

in the game mickey left a letter to donald and goofy that the star are fading a way and in traverse town a star fade a way in the sky

it all goes back to going to other worlds and being part of something more..... or maybe thats only part of it.....?
