If they didn't add voices in the Japanese version, they won't dub the English version.

They're not redubbing them right? Kinda hard to think they'll dub just some cutscenes...

Just the subs are good enough I guess (we never even had that), though I would appreciate the dub

For the English release, of course they'll dub them.  No offence especially American companies have a habit of thinking you're all really cool (e.g. renaming Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone to Sorcerer because you merely wouldn't understand what it is, redubbing Doogal because you can't handle the original cut which performed well in Europe who got the right cut etc) they'd think you'd assume your tv broke if their lips were moving and no sound was coming out.  

 

And far as I remember reading the cutscenes were redubbed in Japan already in Japanese, so it's highly likely they will also be done in English.

I'm not too offended. There are plenty of people in my country who lack intelligence, and most who are intelligent shun wisdom and most philosophies as ridiculous (for the record, my use of the word philosophy is unrelated to your post referencing the reference to alchemy by Rowling).I accept my habitat for the time being and simply roll with it.

Have you watched any of the Final Mix scenes?

if...you would've known that they are undubbed even in the Japanese version and they won't be in the English version either....these scenes are undubbed with on-screen text

but Square Enix (EU) took these new scenes as an excuse for not put the French and German voices into this collection...thank you SE

 

you can ask that when the 2nd collection comes out because KH2 FM and BbS FM have new scenes that were dubbed

I doubt they will. We got that unvoiced scene in the original with Sora and Riku as kids, we can handle the silence.

They did not record any dialogue for the "new" cutscenes in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. In HD 1.5 ReMIX they remain silent.
