When i read the title I seriously thought you were Oishii making a thread about how good Japanese food is until I read who posted this topic lol. But anyway, yeah the food looks pretty good. I just know Oishii is going to comment on this thread.

Yeah. The recipe/ingredients looks more better compared to other japanese chicken curry rice recipe videos that I've watched so far. Wanna try make this one soon.

It really looks delicious. If I understood correctly it's indian curry not japanese curry but I sure loved to try some! :)

I read the katakana and then read the English words from the title. They don't sound too different at all.

I can translate that recipe, but there are quite a few spices she uses that are hard to find.  At least where I live.  I think you would be better off finding a recipe that uses pre-made curry paste than trying to make your own.

I've made my own curry before and had been using pre-made curry paste as well. My local market has a lot of spices so it's no biggie for me. =)
