We know that the Organization members have been revived now. We also know this is brought on by both halves of their original selves being brought back together... meaning that at some point down the line, Sora/somebody destroyed the accompanying heartless.

 

So, let's have some wild speculation as to who the Org's members heartlesses were!

 

Xemnas - Ansem Seeker of Darkness

Marluxia -

Larxene -

Roxas - Shadow heartless.

 

Granted we don't actually know for sure that Demyx, Luxord, Marluxia, and Larxene have had their heartless destroyed, as we havn't seen them as whole people. But still speculate.

 

It can be ANY heartless. Doesn't have to be a boss battle heartless.

 

As people keep pedalling that Tetsuya said that they were all just normal shadows or such. I accept that. But we can still have fun speculating what Heartless COULD fit the bill. PLUS Tetsuya also said: "most members didnt have boss level heartless. " And most. MOST is the operative word there. So don't be a jank about it. It's harmless speculation, don't wreck others fun.

I think they were all shadows, Darkballs and Invisibles. Maybe a few Possessors.

Although Luxord and Phantom do have some suspiciously similar powers.

Decision based on his ice abilities, far as I know there's not scientist heartless.

Decision based on his earth powers and immense strength.

Zexion (Was unable to find a heartless that I thought matched it well, but
I think he shares similarities with the Unversed Mimic Master.)

Saix Ruler of the Sky
I failed to find a (boss) heartless that had to power of the moon. 

Axel Vocalord (or Scorchiny Sphere)
Decision based on his fire elemental attacks, I would say Vocalord more so than Scorchiny Sphere.

Demyx Again, I couldn't find a heartless that I thought matched it well, but
I think he shares similarities with the Unversed Symphony Master)

Marluxia Grim Reaper
Based on the fact they both use a sythe. I originally thought the Grim Reaper would suit Saix, seeing as he goes "berserk" in the moonlight and the Grim Reaper was affected by the Aztec Curse, which took effect in the moonlight. However I couldn't find anything that could then possibly be matched with Marluxia.

Larxene Storm Rider(or blitz sphere)
Decision was based on their elemental powers, Thunder.

Roxas N/A
His unique birth, he only had a heartless for a few moments. 

 

But I was corrected when Flaming Lea said this:

 

"Just to let you know , Nomura said most of the org members had shadow heartless and such bc they were pretty decent normal human beings..Since the more darkness you have the stronger the heartless most members didnt have boss level heartless. "

Nomura's exact words were that they became "normal Heartless" (so most likely regular enemies, not bosses), not specifically Shadows...why do people keep peddling that?

I always liked to think that the Trick Master was Lea's heartless.

I think Axel and Vexen could easily be Volcanic and Blizzard Lord respectively. Based on the elemental powers. But I also think that Vexen has the potential to be a Defender Heartless due to the shield.

 

I would swear by it that there was a musical heartless that could suit Demyx.

 

I think Grim Reaper probably does suit Saix more than it does Marluxia, as you said the Moon thing, and the berserker thing. Marluxia could be one of those flower heartless whose names escape me.

 

As for that last Tetsuya quote... Okay so none of these canon. We can still have fun speculating which heartless suit the role. And there's also that last part about

Yeah Braig definitely was a recipe for a strong heartless. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if he turned into a Darkside.

I wouldn't doubt it concerning him  But yeah most were weak heartless bc they were decent humans without a shitload of darkness but there were a few that definitely were "questionable" in nature as humans like Xigbar .

Keep in mind the apprentices were manipulated ( and lied to) into doing Xehanorts bidding so i'm not too sure on them being full of darkness on their own accord. But ones like Marluxia and Larxene are certainly questionable especially since we never saw their human counterparts yet .

It's true we don't know who the exceptions were , but he did make a point of saying ' the apprentices' were basically decent and i think that's what they were trying to show in their cameos in BBS. But you never know .

I'm curios about this too but I'm a little more curios about if most organization members didn't have boss level heartless whose heartless are the boss level ones? or did they just get stronger by getting hearts or something?

Not to mention that Xigbar was the coolest of the nobodys, while Dark Thorn was the coolest of the heartless (or atl least, that my opinion.)
