September 6, 201312 yr Don't ask, just make it and if an administrator/moderator says it's not allowed then they'll let you know. I see no problem with it if it's something trivial, but if it's something that could cause a serious flame war (such as gays vs. straights, Christians vs. Jews etc.) then my best guess would be no. If it's something harmless like Roxas vs. Ventus, KH vs. FF, bananas vs. coconuts then that should be okay.
September 6, 201312 yr If it's a serious discussion about two things which deserve to be compared... like, I dunno, "Which console is better, PS4 or Xbox One?", then that's fine as long as everyone stays on-topic, polite, and doesn't make personal attacks. If it's something pointless like "dbz vs naruto" then I'd rather keep that off KH13.
